The relevance of the research topic is caused by the need to ensure the territorial development of land use at the regional level. In this context, it is necessary to form a quantitative basis for assessing territorial development, which will make decisions in the field of land use and ensure the growth of land use efficiency in the region, considering spatial, urban planning, ecological and investment areas. As a result of the study, a methodological approach to the integrated assessment of the territorial development of land use in the region has been proposed. Its development is based on the application of principles and includes a set of interrelated stages. It was established that the formation of a complex of spatial, urban planning, investment, and ecological factors, which influence the territorial development of land use in the region is carried out on the basis of the analysis and systematization of existing scientific and methodological developments and regulatory support. An algorithm for the development and implementation of a methodological approach to an integrated assessment of the territorial development of land use in the region is proposed. It forms a closed system, which allows to develop and implement a methodological approach by applying of information support, appropriate methods and models to achieve a result on the growth of the integral indicator of land use in the region, considering spatial, urban planning, investment, and ecological characteristics. Based on the developed method, an estimated basis for the territorial development of land use in the region, adoption of justified decisions, regarding the formation and implementation of spatial, urban planning, investment, and ecological areas is created.

The article is devoted to the study of theoretical and methodological assessments of branding of construction enterprises. The role and importance of innovation in ensuring the efficient operation of modern enterprises is emphasized. It is found that construction, especially innovative, is of great social importance and has a significant economic effect. The importance of determining the potential of innovative development of construction in general and construction enterprises in particular is substantiated. The purpose of this article is to systematically investigate the interpretation of the potential of innovative development of construction enterprises. The theoretical basis of the research is the scientific works of foreign and domestic scientists on the problems of identifying the essence of innovative development potential. A systematic study of the general characteristics of the construction company brand was conducted and the priority directions for choosing the development of the economic potential of the enterprises were determined. The necessity to understand the potential of the enterprise in the unity of all its elements, which are subject to the achievement of the overall goals of the enterprise, is substantiated. The weight of the component of the brand in the potential of the construction industry enterprises is substantiated. АnnOTATIOnThe relevance of the formation of investment attractiveness of the territories, taking into account the experience of the coastal regions of China, is determined. The aim of the study is to determine approaches to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories, taking into account the experience of coastal regions of China. The objectives of the study in the context of a specific goal are: characterization of existing theoretical approaches to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories; generalization of existing experience in the formation of investment attractiveness of the coastal regions of China; substantiation of the authors' approach to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories. The formation of investment attractiveness of the territories is proposed, taking into account the quantitative basis determined on the basis of the integrated approach, taking into account a set of certain factors. To ensure the investment attractiveness of the territories, it is proposed to identify priority areas for investment, the formation of measures to ensure the attraction of foreign investment, the introduction of a preferential tax regime, the provision by local administrations of the right to provide foreign investors with new technologies and export industries non-tax incentives, the development of special economic zones, economic territories and political development and cross-border economic cooperation, teaches drawing on the experience of China's maritime territories.Key words: investment attractiveness, territories, coastal regions of China, integrated approach, quantitative basis. The development of marine economy has stimulated the need for marine natural products and services, as well as the demand and utilization intensity of marine resources. As a result, the coastal regions start to discharge more and more pollutants, posing a serious threat to marine ecoenvironment. Because of the interactions between marine economy and marine ecology, it is of practical significance to study the marine economic-ecological complex system (MEECS). However, the relevant studies have several common defects: the incomplete data statistics system, the limited attention on development law or action mechanism, and the lack of long-term quantitative and empirical analysis. To overcome these defects, this paper tries to measure the coordinated and coupled development (CCD) and evaluate the sustainable development of MEECS. Specifically, an ecology-dominated coordinated development model was proposed for the complex system, and a differential equation model was established to describe the dynamic coordinated development of the complex system. Through data envelopment analysis (DEA), the sustainable development of the complex system was evaluated based on its input-output efficiency. Through experiments, the outputs of decision-making units (DMUs) of our model were obtained, and the development of the subsystems in MEECS was evaluated comprehensively to verify the effectiveness of our algorithm.
