АnnOTATIOnThe relevance of the formation of investment attractiveness of the territories, taking into account the experience of the coastal regions of China, is determined. The aim of the study is to determine approaches to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories, taking into account the experience of coastal regions of China. The objectives of the study in the context of a specific goal are: characterization of existing theoretical approaches to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories; generalization of existing experience in the formation of investment attractiveness of the coastal regions of China; substantiation of the authors' approach to the formation of investment attractiveness of territories. The formation of investment attractiveness of the territories is proposed, taking into account the quantitative basis determined on the basis of the integrated approach, taking into account a set of certain factors. To ensure the investment attractiveness of the territories, it is proposed to identify priority areas for investment, the formation of measures to ensure the attraction of foreign investment, the introduction of a preferential tax regime, the provision by local administrations of the right to provide foreign investors with new technologies and export industries non-tax incentives, the development of special economic zones, economic territories and political development and cross-border economic cooperation, teaches drawing on the experience of China's maritime territories.Key words: investment attractiveness, territories, coastal regions of China, integrated approach, quantitative basis.

This paper studies the issues of parcel patterns’ determination, the direction and the usage of local parcel patterns are described. This article provides the usage of the geoinformation analysis for parcels’ allocation of the city. The activity sequence for the choice of such parcels is developed with the application of geoinformation support. They have been set up the geoinformation models of the pattern impact (distribution pattern over a distance) on the cost of each separate parcel by means of their cost surfaces which provide with an opportunity of rating, analysis and forecasting of land cost.
The development of marine economy has stimulated the need for marine natural products and services, as well as the demand and utilization intensity of marine resources. As a result, the coastal regions start to discharge more and more pollutants, posing a serious threat to marine ecoenvironment. Because of the interactions between marine economy and marine ecology, it is of practical significance to study the marine economic-ecological complex system (MEECS). However, the relevant studies have several common defects: the incomplete data statistics system, the limited attention on development law or action mechanism, and the lack of long-term quantitative and empirical analysis. To overcome these defects, this paper tries to measure the coordinated and coupled development (CCD) and evaluate the sustainable development of MEECS. Specifically, an ecology-dominated coordinated development model was proposed for the complex system, and a differential equation model was established to describe the dynamic coordinated development of the complex system. Through data envelopment analysis (DEA), the sustainable development of the complex system was evaluated based on its input-output efficiency. Through experiments, the outputs of decision-making units (DMUs) of our model were obtained, and the development of the subsystems in MEECS was evaluated comprehensively to verify the effectiveness of our algorithm.
