KeywordsSuicide; murder; inducement to suicide; counseling suicide; actions threatening the life of a minor; calls for suicide Abstract. The paper analyzes the crimi-nal policy and legal evaluation of inducement to suicide and other life-threatening behavior in view of the changes in criminal legislation in June 2017. The authors show that the key social condition for introducing new grounds for criminal liability for inducement to suicide and other life-threatening behavior is the wide-spread cases of inducement of children and teenagers to suicidal and other life-threatening behavior via the Internet. The authors also present criminal legal characteristics of the differentiation between homicide by taking your own life and inducement to (counseling, aiding) suicide, and the definition of crimes in cases of factual error. They recommend classifying the actions under Art. 110-110.2 of the Criminal Code if the intent of the offender includes the fact that a person will d...

А. горошникова a , Е. С. Смахтин b a, b Финансовый универистет, Москва, Россия a https://orcid.org/0000-0002-4033-0210; b https://orcid.org/0000-0002-9937-4277АННОТАЦИя В поисках ответа на один из старейших философских вопросов «Что такое " хорошая жизнь (good life)"»? С. ABsTRACTIn search of an answer to one of the oldest philosophical questions "What is ' good life?'" and because of its hidden complexity, researchers tend to turn to different theories. The concept of a good life is multifaceted. The moral aspect implies that a person lives well or has lived a decent living in terms of the norms accepted in society, i. e. they are courageous, honest, trustworthy, kind, selfless, generous, loyal. He does not spend time pursuing his pleasure but devotes it to activities that benefit others. Exploratory analysis suggests that it is possible to measure the seven factors of "good life", based on 59 items of the questionnaire. The survey was conducted in seven educational institutions in different countries: Russia, the Philippines, Bulgaria, the United States, Taiwan and China. The article offers a theoretical model of the "good life" based on the concept of prerequisites and consequences. Keywords: good life; components of a good life; predictors of a good life; optimism; spirituality; empathy; life satisfaction For citation: Goroshnikova T. A., smakhtin E. s. The article describes approaches to applying agent-based modelling and, particularly, the case of Naming Game, in linguistic studies and within teaching foreign languages. Computational modelling implementation has become a comprehensive and ambitious field of research, as its methods are applicable to solving tasks set within various aspects of contemporary society and science. The main purpose of this paper is to perform an analysis of Naming Game implementation in language emergence and evolution studies. To achieve this purpose we set several tasks: to present a vast literature review on agent-based modelling in linguistics and other adjacent sciences; to give an overview and description of the Naming Game; to perform simulations within the Naming Game and present their outcomes. As the main methodology the article uses simulations. The paper concludes that a clear hysteresis effect is present in the dependence of the size of the population vocabulary from the size of vocabulary of its average agent. At the point where the population vocabulary transitions into the uniform distribution the average agent’s vocabulary reaches saturation and plateaus. Those dynamics also change as the population vocabulary grows and declines. Agent-based modelling is a relatively novel direction for linguistics with a modest number of research papers. Results, presented in the paper, give a fresh angle on the issues of language emergence and evolution.
