Сеченова Минздрава России ОСТРЫЙ РИНОСИНУСИТ:СОВРЕМЕННЫЕ ПОДХОДЫ К ДИАГНОСТИКЕ И ЛЕЧЕНИЮ Заболеваемость острыми бактериальными патологиями ЛОР-органов достаточно высока и составляет 6-8 человек на 1 000 населения в осенне-зимний период. Согласно данным Всемирной организации здравоохранения, в странах Европы острые риносинуситы ежегодно возникают у каждого седьмого человека, в США данное заболевание диагностируется у 16% взрослых. В Российской Федерации ежегодно регистрируется 10 млн случаев острого риносинусита. В последние годы в лечении острых синуситов, помимо традиционной антибактериальной, противовоспалительной и противоотечной терапии, большое внимание уделяется секретомоторной и секретолитической терапии. С 1994 г. зареги-стрирован новый препарат растительного происхождения с рефлекторным секретолитическим действием синупрет. Анализ литературы позволяет заключить, что синупрет регулирует секрецию и нормализует вязкость слизи; устраняет мукостаз; действует на слизистую оболочку противоотечно и противовоспалительно; восстанавливает дренаж и вентиля-цию параназальных синусов и барабанной полости; нормализует защитную функцию эпителия дыхательных путей против экзогенных и эндогенных повреждающих факторов; прерывает порочный круг при воспалении параназальных синусов; улучшает результаты антибактериальной терапии. Таким образом, препарат синупрет может быть рекомендован для лечения острых синуситов в широкой клинической практике. Результаты ряда клинических исследований показали высокую эффективность, безопасность и преимущество в удобстве применения препарата в лечении данной, чрезвычайно распространенной и социально значимой патологии.
