Abstract. The analysis of methods for converting customer requirements into optimal technical characteristics of the product was made, a conclusion was made about the applicability of the methodology for the deployment of quality functions. Deficiencies in methodology have been identified and a decision has been made about the need to apply the principles of the method of analyzing hierarchies and expert assessments within the methodology of the deployment of quality functions. Presented organizationalmethodical provision of the process for identifying the technical product characteristics for the purpose of optimization of process scoping studies. The technique of identification of technical characteristics of a product is offered. Expert groups were identified in the context of the processes stages of identifying technical characteristics of the product, principles for the formation of priority matrices were recognized. Reviewed the application of techniques based decision support system with three-level data store.
Localization and the area of polyethylene insert wear in friction pair ofthe experimental module of hip joint (HJ) endoprosthesis was studied under laboratory dynamic conditions simulating its biomechanics at HJ external rotation contracture. It was stated that localization and the area of wear depended on the angle of horizontal inclination infriction pair of HJ endoprosthesis. Almost the same areas of polyethylene wear in anterior and posterior insert segments were observed when inclination angle was equal to that of the hip joint. Reduction of inclination angle resulted in the increase of wear surface in the anterior segment and its decrease in the posterior one. Displacement of the wear zone into the anterior segment was accompanied by the reduction of total insert wear area. At repeated loadings it created conditions for the higher polyethylene insert wear.

Особое внимание уделено инжиниринговым и эксплуатационным моделям цифровых двойников производственной системы, используемых для оптимизации и управления материальными потоками предприятия на этапе изготовления продукции. В качестве базо-вого программного обеспечения выбраны исполнительные производственные системы MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems). A digital enterprise is a part of the (Industry 4.0) Concept which allows considering the production organization and control of product manufacturing procedure at a new level during the whole product life. It is a completely automated digital production which is controlled in real-time by intelligence systems in constant interaction with external environment.
There is considered an integration problem of CAD TP and MES systems for automated technological design of engineering processes based on the database formation of control results of workpiece batches and assembly units. Paticular attention is paid to the possibility of engineering process automated design based on 3D model of a part with their transfer to MES. Ishikawa’s diagram is shown as a tool for a rapid functional-cost analysis.
