Результаты. Установлено, что УЗИ позволяет достоверно оценить степень структурных изменений в мышцах нижних конечно-стей. Выявлена средняя корреляция данных УЗИ с уровнем развития по шкале Gross Motor Function Classification System for Cerebral Palsy (GMFCS) и возрастом формирования контрактур (R=0,60; p=0,001). При проведении корреляционного анализа между дан-ными УЗИ и электромиографического исследования мышц у больных ДЦП отмечена сильная отрицательная корреляция с показа-телями амплитуды и частоты (соответственно R=-0,81; p=0,002; R=-0,77; p=0,001), слабая с коэффициентами реципрокности и адекватности (соответственно R=0,21; p=0,071; R=0,24; p=0,043 (R=-0.81; p=0.002; R=-0.77; p=0.001, respectively) and weak reciprocity-adequacy correlations (R=0.21; p=0.071; R=0.24; p=0.043, respectively). Conclusion. Based on the findings, the authors formed rehabilitation approaches for motor disorders in children with ICP in relation to the magnitude of structural changes in the muscular system.
