АннотацияКлючевые слова Обобщены результаты исследования микроскопических механизмов радиационно-наведенных оптических потерь в радиационно-стойких волоконных световодах c сердце-виной из нелегированного и легированного фтором квар-цевого стекла, а также создания лабораторной технологии радиационно-стойких волоконных световодов с сердце-виной из нелегированного кварцевого стекла, содержаще-го большой избыток кислорода. Установлено, что за счет избытка кислорода подавляются все механизмы радиа-ционно-наведенных оптических потерь. Прямое экспери-ментальное сравнение созданных волоконных световодов и промышленного радиационно-стойкого световода фир-мы J-fiber (Германия) показало, что радиационно-наве-денные оптические потери в разработанных волоконных световодах в несколько раз меньше, чем в световоде фир-мы J-fiber, на длине волны 1,31 и 1,55 мкм в условиях -облучения от источника Введение. Под действием ионизирующего излучения в сетке кварцевого стекла волоконного световода (ВС) возникают точечные дефекты (радиационные цен-тры окраски (РЦО)), поглощающие световой сигнал, распространяющийся по ВС. В результате в ВС возникают радиационно-наведенные потери (РНП) света, приводящие к ошибкам в работе волоконно-оптической системы связи или датчика вплоть до полной утраты работоспособности. Обеспечение радиацион-ной стойкости ВС -это минимизировать РНП до приемлемого уровня.
