Кожедуба, Харків ІНТЕЛЕКТУАЛЬНІ ТЕХНОЛОГІЇ У ЗАДАЧАХ УПРАВЛІННЯ СТРУКТУРНОЮ ДИНАМІКОЮ СКЛАДНИХ БАГАТОСТРУКТУРНИХ СИСТЕМ ВІЙСЬКОВОГО ПРИЗНАЧЕННЯ У статті викладені концептуальні положення про можливості застосування методів штучного інтелекту і інтелектуальних інформаційних технологій при формуванні і реалізації управлінських рішень стосовно задач управління функціонуванням і структурою динамікою складних багатоструктурних систем військового призначення. Розглядаються основні елементи інтелектуальних систем управління, виділяються проблемні аспекти розробки методичних основ створення і застосування нових інтелектуальних інформаційних технологій, що призначені для забезпечення управління структурною динамікою складних систем військового призначення. Відмічається, що проблемні аспекти (задачі), що відносяться до інтелектуалізації управління складними багатоструктурними системами військового призначення і їх компонентами, можуть бути розділені на дві основні групи, такі як: група проблемних аспектів (задач) інтелектуалізації управління окремими, відносно автономними компонентами складних багатоструктурних систем, що вирішують локальні цільові задачі, використовують, як за правило, свої обмежені ресурси; група проблемних аспектів (системних задач) інтелектуалізації управління складними багатокомпонентними (багатоструктурними), просторово розподіленими системами різного оперативно-стратегічного масштабу (структурно-просторового розподілення і функціональної орієнтованості) з урахуванням взаємно узгодженої взаємодії структурно-функціональних компонентів. Зміст процесу управління має бути такий, щоб управлінські рішення, що приймаються у відповідності з обстановкою, при спільному узгодженому використанні традиційних і інтелектуальних технологій підтримки прийняття управлінських рішень, займали у цьому процесі центральне місце.
