This paper proposes a conceptual approach to the research into customer satisfaction based on a detailed analysis of consumer reviews written in natural languages using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques such as Text Mining, Aspect Sentiment Analysis, Data Mining and Machine Learning. Special Internet resources for accumulating customer reviews, such as yelp.com, tripadviser.com and tophotels.ru, are used as data sources. To evaluate the efficacy of the proposed approach, we have carried out an experiment on qualitative and quantitative research of hotel client satisfaction. Even "Big data" applications were taken into account as a possibility to evaluate quality of services. The obtained results prove the effectiveness of the proposed approach to decision support in product quality management and argues for using it instead of classical methods of qualitative and quantitative research into customer satisfaction.
The digital environment of children is not an extra option, but a habitat. When a person does not have a knowledge in coding, he is forced to accept the devices and software provided by the developers. This puts him at a disadvantage: he spends a lot of time in a digital environment, where the rules of conduct have not been developed by himself. Knowledge of coding, according to the formed opinion, will help the user to better "navigate the situation". Digitally literate children will stop judging websites by their attractiveness and range of services only — they will be capable to critically and purposefully build their interaction with the websites. The dynamics of the situation with teaching informatics in schools in the United States of America from 2005 to the present and in Estonia from 2012 to the present has been analyzed in the article. The features of the approach to the formation of educational programs in informatics in schools of different states and the role of external organizations that are not related to the education system have been considered.
The article provides an overview of the activities of the European Union Forum on kids’ safety in Internet Safer Internet Forum (SIF) 2018, which was held inBrussels,Belgium, in November 2018. The current Internet risks addressed by the World Wide Web users, especially children, are described.
The article presents the results of an analysis of surveys conducted among 5th year students of the Faculty of Primary Education of the Institute of Childhood of Moscow Pedagogical State University ("Primary Education and Informatics" profile) studying the "Social Informatics and Information Safety" course and school teachers in the Arkhangelsk region as part of a study conducted by the author on the subject of knowledge by teachers of different ages the basic rules for organizing safe work in the Internet and special measures for its formation, which has acquired particular relevance in the context of the implementation of the national project "Digital Educational Environment".
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
