Abstract: This paper proposes a conceptual approach to the research into customer satisfaction based on a detailed analysis of consumer reviews written in natural languages using Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques such as Text Mining, Aspect Sentiment Analysis, Data Mining and Machine Learning.
