В данной статье представлены результаты исследований процесса управления человеческим капиталом организаций с позиций единства и противоположностей управленческих воздействий со стороны различных структур управления предприятием на своих сотрудников, направленных на достижение поставленных целей. Рассмотрены особенности управленческих задач, стоящих перед такими направлениями деятельности, как управление кадрами, персоналом и человеческими ресурсами. Показано, что при комплексном исследовании роли личности на предприятии необходимо обязательно учитывать факт того, что управление кадрами отвечает за решение юридического комплекса задач, управление персоналом организационно-управленческих задач, управление человеческими ресурсами экономических задач предприятия. Но все три направления управленческой деятельности предприятий, несмотря на то, что они являются независимыми субъектами управленческой деятельности и не могут рассматриваться с позиций единства их профессиональных особенностей, должны принимать активное участие в реализации главной, экономической миссии любого предприятия. Особенно данный подход важен для современных наукоемких производств. Статья представляет интерес для специалистов по экономике труда, управлению кадрами, персоналом и человеческими ресурсами.
