The purpose of the study was to improve the results of surgical treatment of femoral neck fractures by in-tra-osseous injection of oxygenated perphtoran in avascular femoral head and osteosynthesis implants with bioactive calcium phosphate coating in the experiment. Investigations were carried out on 68 male rabbits. Hip fracture was formed transcervically by osteotome and crosses private ligament of the femoral head. The authors studied the dynamics of radiological and morphological parameters of reparative osteogenesis in 3 groups of animals: the 1st group with the introduction of oxygenated perftoran in an avascular femoral head without osteosynthesis of the femoral neck; the 2nd group after osteosynthesis by implants with bioactive calcium phosphate coating; the 3rd group after injection of oxygenated perftoran in an avascular femoral head with osteosynthesis implants by bioactive calcium phosphate coating. In the group without osteosynthesis process the authors revealed the development of degenerative changes with bone resorption, the expansion of the fracture line, displacement of bone fragments and the formation of non-union of the femoral neck. Osteosynthesis of femoral neck fractures with calcium phosphate bioactive implants coating contributes to fracture healing. Analysis of the results of the morphological assessment of the perftoran effect of calcium phosphate coatings on reparative osteogenesis in experimental hip fracture allows to determine the less severe exudative phase of the inflammatory response and to accelerate bone formation in the group with oxygenated perftoran and titanium implants coated with calcium phosphate. Introduction of oxygenated perftoran in an avascular femoral head at the osteosynthesis of experimental hip fractures by bioactive implants coated with calcium phosphate promotes to bone regeneration processes on the basis of radiological and morphological data. This allows to fracture healing at an earlier date by reducing inflammatory infiltration in the area of the fracture and the direct inclusion of the implant with calcium phosphate coating in the process of reparative osteogenesis.
The purpose of this study is to analyze the immune-histochemical results of cytomorphometric bone regenerate after intraosseous injection the "Perftoran" with experimental osteosynthesis of femoral neck frac-tures. Materials and methods. As experimental animals were male rabbits Chinchilla aged 6 months. In all the animals the femoral neck fracture was formed transcervically osteotomy site and the femoral head ligament was crossed. These cytomorphometric and immune-histochemical studies of regenerate bone fracture area injected were analyzed in the dynamics in 3 series of animals. The first (control) series (n=20) did not carry out a fracture fixation, and the head of the thigh was injected oxygenated drug the Perftoran. In the second series (n=24) a fracture was synthesized by bioactive 3-spokes, the drug Perftoran did not injected. In the third series (n=24) a fracture was fixed by means of 3 bioactive broken spokes and the oxygenated drug Perftoran was injected in head hip intraoperatively. Results and discussion. In the first series of experiments, the radiographic and macroscopic results did not revealed signs of fracture healing, it was observed a formation of a false joint. In the series with internal fixation of femoral neck fractures by bioactive spokes it was identified fracture healing. In the 2 serie to 60 days, it was noted an increase in the number density of osteoclasts and a gradual reduction in the surface area of trabeculae, indicating that the ongoing process of reparative regeneration with active restructuring of bone tissue. In the 3 serie with the Perftoran intraosseous injection, a cellular composition of bone regeneration was significantly cor-responded more mature bone tissue. Conclusion. Intraosseous injection of the oxygenated drug Perftoran in avascular femoral head at the os-teosynthesis of experimental hip fracture by bioactive titanium implants with calcium phosphate coating reduces inflammatory infiltration and secondary osteoresorption. This contributes to improving the remodeling of bone tissue and to the completion of the formation of mature bone fracture zone in the early stages compared to the group without the use of the drug Perftoran.
The paper presents the study results of free-radical oxidation and detoxification system of functional status in the rats after injection in diet cadmium chloride and water with a modified isotopic composition. The cadmium intoxication leads to oxidative stress, mainly in homogenates of liver and heart, what is characterized by increasing intensity of chemiluminescence and strengthening of cytolysis on 105-176%. Changing the isotopic composition of the diet resulted in a significant reduction of deuterium in the blood and tissues of the experimental group of animals, which was accompanied by a decrease in intensity of free-radical processes in blood on 11,2% and heart and liver homogenates on 38,1 and on 20,5 %, respectively (p<0,05), this became less pronounced destruction of hepatocytes, which decreased by 43%. The significant influence of a diet with the modified isotopic composition on the carbohydrate metabolism and the system state of non-specific protection kidney wasn’t revealed. The results indicate the development of cytoprotective effect in tissues with high metabolic indices in strengthening reactions isotope exchange in conditions of introduction in the diet with reduced water content of deuterium.

The purpose of this research was to study long-term results of osteosynthesis of femoral neck treatment by means of the cannulated screw and to assess the degree of shortening of the femoral neck and its effect on functional outcome. Materials and methods. Minimally invasive osteosynthesis by means of the cannulated screws was carried out in 119 patients with fractures of the femoral neck. The long-term results in 112 (94.1%) patients after osteosynthesis in terms of 1 to 3 years after surgery were analyzed. Results and discussion. Fusion of fracture was noted in 89 (79,4%) cases, non-fusion – in 23 (20,6%) cases. It was es-tablished the dependence of the remote functional outcome from the degree of shortening of the femoral neck. In the presence of shortening of the femoral neck of more than 4 mm of excellent and good results were decreased considera-bly. The dependence of the distant functional results age of the patients was identified. The average age of patients with poor outcome was 77,3 years, with satisfactory – 67,7 years, with a good – 64,1 years, with excellent – 55,9 years. The dependence of the remote functional outcome from the type of fracture according to Pauwels and Garden was determined. Positive results were obtained in fractures type Pauwels I-II, Garden I-II, i.e. at the support fractures and the fractures with little displacement of bone fragments. Conclusions. Minimally invasive osteosynthesis by means of the cannulated screw allows to achieve coalescence fracture in 79,4% of cases, so it may be one of the methods of choice for femoral neck fractures, but can also lead to shortening of the femoral neck.
