В статье приведен макроэкономический анализ инвестиционного поведения домашних хозяйств РФ в контексте институциональных изменений. Целью исследования является выявления характера институциональных изменений инвестиционного поведения домашних хозяйств. Автором проанализирована динамика основных показателей инвестиционно-сберегательной стратегии домашних хозяйств в контексте социально-экономического кризиса 2019 - 2020 гг. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в обосновании критериев выбора инвестиционных инструментов домашних хозяйств в условиях кризиса. The article presents a macroeconomic analysis of the investment behavior of households of the Russian Federation in the context of institutional changes. In particular, since 2013 the Government of the Russian Federation has been systematically working to activate the investment activity of households. In the context of the socio-economic changes of the last two years, households began to change their financial strategies using the most stable investment instruments, such as real estate transactions. At the same time, individual investors began to consider the possibility of obtaining additional passive income from property. In this connection, there has been an increase in operations on AIS. In addition, the information campaign of public authorities and financial institutions to popularize investment instruments had a positive impact on changing the financial strategy of households.
Статья посвящена изучению особенностей поведения российских домашних хозяйств на современном этапе. На основе теоретических подходов различных школ экономической мысли обобщены стратегии поведения домохозяйств. Целью исследования является определение финансового поведения современных домашних хозяйств, соотнесение текущего положения с теоретическими подходами. Научная новизна полученных результатов заключается в выявлении особенностей и объективных причин поведения российских домашних хозяйств. The article is devoted to the study of the peculiarities of behavior of Russian households at the present stage. Based on the theoretical approaches of various schools of economic thought, household behavior strategies are summarized. The aim of the study is to determine the financial behavior of modern households, to correlate the current situation with theoretical approaches. The scientific novelty of the results obtained consists in identifying the peculiarities and objective reasons for the behavior of Russian households.
Целью исследования является систематизация институциональных ловушек, которые оказывают влияние на формирование и реализацию инвестиционного поведения домашних хозяйств. Методическую базу исследования представляют основополагающие положения институциональной экономики. В работе использованы такие методы научного исследования, как сравнительный, причинно-следственный и моделирование. Результаты исследования. В условиях вхождения мировой экономики в состояние структурного кризиса ключевой проблемой как в вопросах научного исследования, так и практической реализации, становится необходимость пересмотра сложившихся подходов. В частности, на сегодняшний день наблюдается пересмотр принципов распределения доходов и сбережений домашних хозяйств, сложившегося и действовавшего на протяжении нескольких десятилетий. В процессе принятия решений, связанных с реализацией инвестиционного поведения, представители домашних хозяйств сталкиваются с рядом рисков и ловушек. В свою очередь, институциональные ловушки часто являются неявными для потребителей. В данной работе проведен анализ существующих институциональных ловушек, а также предложены направления их разрешения или преодоления. Перспективы исследования заключаются в разработке методики реализации инвестиционного поведения домашних хозяйств.
