This article describes and analyzes the frontline in terms of daily service activities of state and military leadership of the USSR, as well as the activities individually undertaken by the military in order to satisfy their vital survival needs. Based on the analysis of archival sources and personal communication, conclusion is made concerning the specific nature of service in the extreme warfare conditions, and its characteristic features are identified.
This paper deals with the problem of centralized management of everyday life of the Red Army during World War II. The paper considers the role and interaction of the Soviet Union supreme bodies of state and military power in regulating the daily routine of the army, analyses the features of the organization of both spiritual and material facets of the frontline everyday life, and identifies the role of personality factors in the management of the daily life of the Red Army in 1941—1945.
Аннотация. В статье рассмотрена проблема повышения эффективности профилактики и предотвращения этнорелигиозных конфликтов в России на региональном уровне. Рассматриваются причины возникновения подобных конфликтов, правовая база, практическое межведомственное взаимодействие и сотрудничество властных институтов и общественных организаций. Проанализирован региональный опыт как предотвращения, так и пресечения межнациональных и межконфессиональных конфликтов. Проведённый анализ позволил авторам не только систематизировать причинно-следственные связи возникновения конфликтных ситуаций на этнорелигиозной почве, но и на этой основе представить развёрнутую систему мероприятий по профилактике и предотвращению возможных конфликтов и по гармонизации межнациональных и межконфессиональных отношений на территории Московской области.
