The article is devote to the study of the global market of logistics services. The main issues on the containerization of international cargo transportation, as well as on the improvement of the development of multimodal transportation on their basis are the most important and priority in the state transport policy of all major exporters and importers in the international trade market. The approaches to the implementation of the concept of container traffic with the participation of various types of transport in various countries are investigate. In connection with the sanctions imposed by the West, cargo turnover has increased significantly, primarily with the countries of the Asia-Pacific region. Most of the goods transported to the Russian Federation in the most convenient, versatile and reliable way - through container shipments. However, the infrastructure and experience of many Russian participants in the container business turned out to be unprepared for such a development of events, and often the distrust of many foreign companies becomes an insurmountable obstacle to the further rapid growth of the Russian economy. Customers of large projects and international organizations wishing to see an assistant and reliable partner in the logistics operator periodically meet with an unprofessional approach and suffer losses where they should not be. They can guarantee the acceleration of cargo traffic and product distribution, increased safety of the goods transported while reducing the requirements for their packaging, facilitating workflow and other factors.
The article gives a model description of the management processes of the investment activity of a construction company that develops and implements innovative construction projects in the conditions of an acute shortage of external investment resources. Optimization of the series of managerial decisions for the construction of algorithms for managing the innovation and investment activity of a construction enterprise was carried out taking into account the functioning of the investment flow management system: soft management, risk management, crash management. The schemes of restructuring the production, investment and innovative structures of the construction enterprise are proposed. An investment model for the implementation of a specific innovative construction project has been developed and a number of management solutions that meet this model have been identified and designed to neutralize the effects of external adverse perturbations. The application of management solutions of internal, medium and external contours to the management system of investment flows of a construction enterprise as a part of specialized series is substantiated.
Based on the analysis of cargo and passenger turnover, navigation conditions and existing fleet, this paper suggests modern designs of ferries CNF08P, CNF16A, CNF16B for the Black Sea.
Рассмотрена проблема существования оптимальных портфелей инвестиций. Для решения этой проблемы введено понятие предельной кривой безразличия и предложена методика использования этой кривой при нахождении оптимальных портфелей. Указанная методика развивает и уточняет существующие в научной литературе методики нахождения оптимальных портфелей.
