The article is devoted to the development of methods for creating and updating gastronomic tours in terms of realizing the tourist potential of the Right-Bank Polissia and in connection with the demand of potential domestic and foreign tourists. The method of calculating the gastronomic potential of the Right Bank Polissia has been shown, the geovisualization of which is carried out by developing a series of author 's thematic cartographic models. The map "Gastronomic tastes of the Right-Bank Polissіa festivals" will help to show the route to the Right-Bank Polissia, which contains popular gastronomic events, food museums and other infrastructural objects related to gastronomic tourism with well-thought-out logistics and price policy.
Based on the study of spatial forms of tourism organization, their structure and patterns of formation to prove that the most optimal form is a cluster model of organization. Also to describe the features, structure, composition and life cycle of potential tourist clusters of the object of study. In the process of substantiating the development of a cluster model on the Right-Bank Polissia of Ukraine the authors used a combination of general and special methods of scientific research (modeling, information, cluster analysis, geoinformation mapping). It is proved that the creation of regional clusters of gastronomic tourism development of the Right-Bank Polissia of Ukraine will lead to the strengthening of competitive advantages of its participants. The proposed cluster model has been visualized cartographically, also its administrative and functional structure has been developed. Substantiated clusters of gastronomic tourism of the region will become the basis for further scientific research aimed at dividing the territory of the Right-Bank Polissia of Ukraine on the basis of the operational units allocation for gastronomic and tourist zoning.
The article is devoted to the substantiation of ecological tourism popularization, determining the needs of domestic ecotourists and features of formation and advancement of ecologically directed tourist products. Since the tourism industry is an important factor in a stable and dynamic increase in budget revenues, it makes a significant positive impact on the state of affairs in many sectors of the economy (transport, trade, communications, construction, agriculture etc.), so Ukraine needs to develop this activity. The peculiarity of ecological tourism is that it helps to involve citizens in learning about the natural, historical and cultural heritage of the region, preserving ecological balance, provides environmental education, increases employment in the region, stimulates market relations, and promotes a positive image of the country and international cooperation. The specific properties of the tourist product of ecological orientation have been considered and characterized, the importance of further development of ecological tourism has been substantiated, and the factors influencing the formation of the tourist product have been indicated. Each region has its own characteristics of the tourism industry, which must be taken into account in the formation and promotion of tourism products. That is why the study proposes the creation of a regional ecotourism product based on the preferences of potential consumers surveyed in the Zhytomyr region. Based on the survey data, a study of the potential demand for tourist potential in the Zhytomyr region has been conducted, socio-demographic information of respondents has been provided, information on the approximate duration of rest, number of trips per year, satellites during the holiday, budget per person and sources of information about tourist services have been visualized. The study actualizes the needs of modern tourists, offers options for ecotourism products, and presents some locations of eco-tourism. It has been planned to map the objects of the nature reserve fund, ecological trails, recreation points, hospitable estates in the Zhytomyr region with a description of these objects, infrastructure features, coordinates and ability to pave the route etc. Such actions will allow to get acquainted in detail with places of rest, to form demand for an ecotourism product and to provide active development of tourist sphere of the region.
The tourist product is a specific product that has a number of features such as in- separability from the source of formation, complexity, insensitivity, impossibility of storage and warehousing of the tourist product. These features should be taken into account when developing an ecotourism product, as it is a specific integrated product provided in the natural environment, considering regional characteristics, local culture, gastronomic events and caring for the environment. The role of the relevance, timeliness of the information provided on a particular tourist product is growing. Ecological tourism has features, as the objects of tourist activity are little-visited natural-territorial complexes, characterized by a certain spatial distribution in the territory. It requires the use of geographic information technologies, remote sensing systems, global positioning in order to organize tourism facilities, which determines the relevance of this study. The purpose of the study is to substantiate the significance of creating innovative ecotourism products based on the use of modeling systems and modern technologies, including geoinformation, determining the value of ecotourism and the study of competitive advantages for tourism enterprises which enable them to make a profit from the provision of ecotourism services. The research methodology involves statistical methods of data processing, cartographic research methods using geoinformation technologies, the method of spatial analysis, as well as systemic, general scientific and informational approaches. The importance of ecological tourism is proved on the basis of the analysis of its basic values, advantages and opportunities. Proposals to improve the situation in the ecotourism services market have been developed. Offers of ecotourism products are suggested on the basis of detailed typology (division into cognitive, recreational, business, cultural, educational groups of ecological tourism). Prospects for the use of geographic information technologies in the development of innovative ecotourism products are studied. For the first time, the authors have developed the geoportal model of Zhytomyr district ecolocations , which lists the main possible locations for the devel- opment of ecological tourism The authors have conducted a survey of Zhytomyr region residents after the implementation of the first stage of the decentralization reform in 2014 – 2019 and segmented the interests of potential ecotourists. Potential sources of income for protected areas and other ecotourism participants are identified. The concept of ecological tourism development is formed.
Scientific research is devoted to the problem of the gastronomic zoning methods of the Ukrainian Right-bank Polissia. The authors use the scientific facts of landscape, ethnographic, and soil science approaches to the gastronomic zoning of the Ukrainian Right-bank Polissia. The methodological basis of the scientific research is the methods of analysis and synthesis, information, classification, cybernetics, and geographic information mapping. The systematic approach is applied in the course of the scientific development, which presents a designed cartographic model of zoning for the purposes of gastronomic tourism. A territory zoning algorithm is created for the gastronomic tourism development, based on the gastronomic potential indicator of physical and geographical areas, taking into account the selected principles. The developed areas are combined on the principle of neighborhood as a result of integrated zoning, and are mostly homogeneous. A synthetic cartographic model of recipe territory zoning of the Ukrainian Right-bank Polissia has been created according to the level of gastronomic tourism development in the scale of 1: 3,500,000.
