Ως εκ τούτου, οι αναλύσεις στην παρούσα μελέτη εστιάζονται στις ίδιες τις μεταφράσεις και τα δημοσιογραφικά κείμενα, με σχόλια, συνεντεύξεις και άρθρα ειδήσεων σχετικά με Παμούκ, τα οποία αποτελούν το αντικείμενο των συζητήσεων γύρω από τα μυθιστορήματα του Παμούκ, διαμορφώνοντας και εκπροσωπώντας την αποδοχή τους στις κουλτούρες τις οποίες μεταφράστηκαν.Το σώμα της παρούσας μελέτης περιλαμβάνει τα προ-Νόμπελ μυθιστορήματα του Παμούκ, δηλαδή Τhe White Castle (1990), The Black Book (1994 και 2006), The New Life (1997), My Name Is Red (2001) και Snow (2004).
