Purpose: This research was conducted to determine the relationship between organizational culture and working environment on Employee Performance. Research Methodology: Data analysis utilized in this study consists of; data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The number of participants in this study was 52 (employee) at PT. Pusaka Ayu Bahari (South Jakarta) uses the Incidental method and should experience working in the company. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive partial influence of the relationship between the two independent variables, namely Organizational Culture and Working Environment on Employee Performance, result details from this study are seen as follows: that Organizational Culture has an influence towards Employee Performance. and Working Environment has an influence towards Employee Performance.
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji pengaruh budaya organisasi, komitmen organisasi, dan stres kerja terhadap turnover intention pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jakarta Selatan. Berdasarkan rumus Slovin diperoleh 70 responden yang diambil dari 236 orang karyawan sebagai populasi dengan menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Kuesioner skala likert digunakan untuk memperoleh data yang dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SPSS versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, ditemukan bahwa budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention, sedangkan stres kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap turnover intention. Temuan tersebut dapat digunakan untuk menurunkan turnover intention pada PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Jakarta Selatan
This research is aimed to explore and find out the effect of military ethics and motivation on the national commitment of the soldiers of the Indonesian Army. The research is conducted on the soldiers in the rank of non-commissioned and enlisted soldiers at one of the Indonesian Army units in Jakarta. The data is collected with the survey method on the sample that comprises of 83 respondents which are taken with a simple random sampling technique. The data is analyzed quantitatively from an organizational behavior perspective with the Path Analysis technique utilizing SPSS 22 software. The test of normality and linearity of each regression between variables results in a normal distribution of residual and linearly related. The results of this research show that (1) military ethics has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (2) military ethics has a positively direct effect on motivation; (3) motivation has a positively direct effect on national commitment; (4) military ethics has an indirect effect on national commitment through motivation.
