The problem that appears in the research is that: at the time of the kick, there are still legs that focus is not rotated. At the moment of the kick trajectory, not halfcircle, the lack of balance when doing A crescent kick. The study aims to figure out the contributing power of the limbs to the crescent kick ability. This research uses correlational research methods. The population in this study is all the Pencak silat athletes in the Satria Muda Indonesia College Pekanbaru, sample as many as 12 men athletes or total samples. Data retrieval is done using the formula productmoment by conducting a test vertical jump test and a crescent kick test capability to the athlete of the Satria young Indonesia College Pekanbaru. The results of this study revealed that Vertical Jump Tes has a significant contribution with the ability to kick the athlete of the Satria young Indonesia College Pekanbaru, acquired T count 0,876 > T table 0.576 with a contribution of 76.7%.
Physical fitness is influenced by the food they consume. Nutritious food can increase the athlete's stamina so that athlete's achievement will be easily achieved. Fulfilling the need for nutritional intake requires a good level of understanding of the importance of the nutritional intake needs of athletes, especially soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. The purpose of the study is to measure the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of adolescent soccer athletes at SMA Negeri Sport Riau Province. This type of research is evaluation. The method used in this study is a survey method with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data collection technique is carried out using a questionnaire or questionnaire method by testing the level of validity and reliability. The population in the study amounted to 35 male soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports State Senior High School. The sampling technique uses total sampling. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive as outlined in the form of a percentage. The results shows that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes at the Riau Province Sports High School can be seen that 65.7% gives a good assessment. This indicates that the level of understanding of the nutritional needs of athletes is in the good category so this needs to be maintained. Likewise, the athletes' understanding of the athlete's daily nutritional adequacy and the regulation of the athlete's nutritional intake during the training period is in the good category. So it can be concluded that the level of understanding of the nutritional intake needs of soccer athletes is in the good category.
In producing good and quality learning in sports education, it needs to be equipped with good motoric movements in order to achieve goals and follow the learning contained in the physical education curriculum, so that the expected graduates can be achieved. This study aims to determine the level of motor skills of physical education students of Universitas Islam Riau. This research is a quantitative descriptive study, the method used is a survey method in the form of tests and measurements to physical education students. The population used in this study was all physical education students in semester 1 of the 2019/2020 academic year with a total of 224 people. While the sample of 144 people was selected by random sampling. The instrument used was the motor ability test from Harol M. Barrow in the form of a test battery with a validity coefficient of 0.92 with a series of tests; wall pass, basketball throw, broad jump and 4.sec. The results of the research on the level of motor skills of physical education students at the Universitas Islam Riau were mostly in the moderate category.
This study was intended to determine the extent of student stress in completing the final project of the physical education and recreation study program, Islamic University of Riau. This study adopted a quantitative descriptive approach. The population and sample of the study were students of physical education, health, and recreation, the Islamic University of Riau in the final semester consisting of 63 people. Sampling was done by using random sampling. The procedure in the study consisted of preparing a questionnaire, validating the questionnaire, testing the questionnaire to be later validated and used as a research tool for the intended sample. Based on the results of data processing and data analysis that has been carried out, it was concluded that the symptoms of stress for final-year students of physical education, health, and recreation, Islamic University of Riau during the Covid-19 pandemic had an average of 40% and included in the mild category. Academically, based on the results of research that aims to see how far the stress level of students in completing studies during the Covid-19 pandemic, it is necessary to carry out an evaluation to overcome existing problems, both from supervisors and students themselves.
Contribution of ability in Dribble is necessary; As the observational and research is being done on the field incompetence dribbling ball gives chance to the rivals take the ball easily. Motivation and enthusiast on basketball become the reason why it need to doing for research. In this thesis, there are two variables subject study; free variable and closed variable whereas the free variable is the ability and closed variable is the way to dribble. This research is taken at SMPN 4 Siak Hulu Kampar especially for all male students eighth (VIII th) grades. It consists of 96 students (samples). The technical collecting data are taken by observation, interviewing, library research and some sample tests and measurement. The result of this research can conclude that there is a significant relationship between agility and dribble basic technical for playing basketball eighth grade students of SMPN 4 Siak hulu Kampar.
