Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan suatu media pembelajaran flashcard dalam materi Pahlawanku dan dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SD. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah research and development (R&D) dengan menggunakan model Borg and Gall. Produk yang dihasilkan berupa media flashcard yang berupa seperti kartu gambar-gambar pahkawan dan terdapat penjelasan dari gambar-gambar tersebut. Teknik dalam pengumpulan data menggunakan angket, observasi. Angket responden siswa diberikan kepada siswa untuk mengetahui tentang tanggapan siswa terhadap penggunaan media flashcard. Berdasarkan dari uji coba skala kecil yang dimana terdiri dari 10 siswa kelas IV SDN 105286 Tandem Hilir menunjukkan sebuah tanggapan yang sangat positif terhadap media flashcard, dengan ditunjukkan hasil persentase yang paling tinggi dalam pernyataan mengenai desain media flashcard sangat menarik hasil persentasenya 92%. Sedangkan dari uji coba skala besar untuk mengetahui keefektifan media flashcard, maka tahap ini menggunakan terdiri dari 20 siswa kelas IV SDN 105286 Tandem Hilir. Dimana respon dari siswa terhadap media flashcard yang digunakan sangatlah setuju dengan hasil persentase 97%. Dapat disimpulkan bahwa media flashcard dalam materi pahlawanku mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa kelas IV SDN 105286 Tandem Hilir.
This article discusses the history of the formation of the traditional institution Partuha Maujana Simalungun. This article answers the question of how the identity of the Simalungun people before the formation of the Partuha Maujana Simalungun traditional institution and why the Simalungun people need to form the Partuha Maujana Simalungun traditional institution. This research uses the historical method through four stages: heuristics (collection of historical sources); verification (source criticism); interpretation (historical analysis and interpretation); and historiography (history writing). Sources as historical data obtained from a number of documents and literature from the colonial to post-colonial periods. This study found that the identity of the simalungun people before the formation of the customary institution Partuha Maujana Simalungun already existed but due to the arrival and influence of outsiders, especially toba and colonial Batak made the Simalungun identity confused. As a result of this uncertainty, the intellectuals of the Simalungun people were moved to create a traditional institution to overcome the uncertainty of the Simalungun people's identity.
This study describe and analyze 3 research focuses. First, to describe the teacher creativity development program at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. Second, to describe the implementation of the development of teacher creativity at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. Third, to describe the results achieved in the development of teacher creativity at Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri 2 Medan. This study uses descriptive qualitative methods, namely to describe, describe and reveal the results of research regarding the development of teacher creativity. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The interactive model data analysis technique from Miles and Hubermen uses three stages, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions.
This article discusses the history and role of the Partuha Maujana Simalungun (PMS) indigenous institutions in maintaining and preserving Simalungun culture which has begun to erode with the entry of various foreign cultures. This research uses historical research methods with four steps, namely: heuristics, verification, interpretation, and historiography. Primary sources collected from official archieve such as Memorie van Overgave and Besluit, and secondary sources collected from the books, journals, and previous scientific research. The findings in this study are that the Partuha Maujana Simalungun (PMS) was established in 1964 as a continuation of efforts to strengthen Simalungun ethnic identity that has faded. In its journey, this institution succeeded in strengthening Simalungun ethnic identity through several ways, including: formulating clans, regulating customary and marriage laws, and establishing Simalungun ethnic languages and characters.
This research was motivated by the learning process, which still tends to use the explanation method on the material theme of the environment. The learning objectives have not been achieved optimally, affecting student learning effectiveness. One effort that can be used is by using Flash Card Fun Thinkers media. This study used a research and development (R&D) methodology. Flash Card Fun Thinkers media is based on ADDIE's development steps. The population in this study were 33 Second Graders of Elementary students at SD IT Iqro Stabat. The results of the research showed; (1) the material expert validity test scored 92% and was categorized very well, (2) the media expert validity test scored 86.67%, and it was said as in excellent qualifications, (3) the second graders of Elementary teachers’ validity test score was 90%, and it was said in excellent qualifications, (4) individual trials score was of 91.11%, and it was said in excellent qualifications, Small Group trials score was of 90.13%, and it was said in excellent qualifications, Large Group trials score was 88 % and it was said in excellent qualifications. The results showed a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students taught using the thematic Flash Card Fun Thinkers learning media and the conventional learning media.
