В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты разработки электронных образовательных ресурсов (ЭОР) и их применения в учебно-образовательном процессе. Автор представляет свой взгляд на использование ЭОР в качестве инструментария, расширяющего возможности традиционных методов обучения. В рамках рассмотрения ряда теоретических источников сформирована авторская формулировка термина ЭОР. Выделены положительные характеристики применения ЭОР, направленные на повышение эффективности учебной деятельности обучающихся, а также расширение их зоны активности. Приведен пример разработки ЭОР под названием «Помощь от Совы», внедренный в практику преподавания математики в средней общеобразовательной школе. Описана внутренняя и внешняя структура ЭОР, где особое внимание уделено вопросу разработки дизайна программного продукта. При разработке дизайна ЭОР автор определяет некоторый перечень базовых требований, которые должны быть соблюдены при создании программного продукта учебного назначения. В ходе педагогического эксперимента было доказано, что разработанный электронный ресурс позволяет повысить качество учебного процесса. Также сделан вывод о возможности использования разработанного ЭОР при любых формах организации учебного процесса, как во время очного обучения, так и дистанционного на базе электронной информационной образовательной среды учебного заведения.Ключевые слова: веб-сайт, выпускная квалификационная работа, дистанционное обучение, информационные и коммуникационные технологии, интерфейс, информатизация образования, образовательный процесс, стилистическое оформление, электронные образовательные ресурсы
