Motivation is a process in a person who moves it towards a goal. Given that employees represent the most valuable part of any organization, their motivation is one of the most important management functions. The subject of the work is modern approaches to employee motivation, that is, motivational strategies and tools that can be used for this purpose. The main goal of this paper is to consider a number of issues related to the modern approach to employee motivation: identifying and understanding the factors that motivate employees today, but also ways to increase their job satisfaction. In this paper, modern approaches to employee motivation will be viewed from the aspect of contemporary theories, which include: the theory of righteousness, goal setting theory, the theory of reinforcement and the theory of expectations.
During the development of the international community changing the institutional models of security. One of the oldest, which is applicable to the present day, is a system of balance of power (power). The balance of power means the ability of preserving peace in the world, or better yet, the existing positions of the great powers on the basis of approximately equal power (primarily military and economic). Extremely important role in this security concept played in the new century state-balancer that the war puts aside those forces that wish to maintain the status quo. Imprtant role for a long time in international relations as a balancer had England (United Kingdom).

Стварање Краљевине Срба, Хрвата и Словенаца требало је да донесе мир изнуреном српском народу. Тако међутим нису мислили нови суграђани, пре свих Хрвати, али и неке мањине( Шиптари, Мађари итд.) Иако поражени у рату, у миру су се врло брзо сви окренули против Срба иако су њихова права била иста или већа од оних које је уживао српски народ. Уз то и једна нова групација, комунистичка партија Југославије, разметала се антисрпством и спроводила многе терористичке акције. Због тога је и период од 1919. До 1929. Године био прожет политичким сукобима и кризама владе и парламентаризма. Увођрње шестојануарског режима био је покушај смиривања такве ситуације уз значајно учешће Краља. Дошло је и до формирања аминистративних јединица-бановина, које су требале да ублаже међурегионалне разлике. Иако народ, у већини, није имао негативан став према овим променама, после погибије краља Александра политика ,,интегралног југословенства је напуштена".
