The article presents a critical review of the Russian draft bill of “the Grishin Law” on the regulation of relations in the field of robotics. The subject of the research is the problem of vesting autonomous robots with legal personality characteristics. The theoretical basis of the article is the modern scientific achievements in the field of artificial intelligence and neural networks, the legal debate on the social and legal implications of the use of autonomous robots. The authors analyze the approaches of the bill developers in terms of endowing autonomous robots with the characteristics of a subject of law. The authors come to the conclusion that it is necessary to develop a universal international document on the matter of establishing liability for harm caused by autonomous robots and introducing a safety requirement of this technology for a person at the level of technical standards.

Based on a comparative analysis of legal acts on state registration of rights to immovable property of two countries, the Republic of Kazakhstan and the Russian Federation, an attempt to identify problematic aspects of Kazakhstan's legislation was made. In the introduction of the article, the value of real estate in public circulation is disclosed, the need for mandatory state registration of rights to real estate is substantiated [100-200 words].Key words: Civil law, civil rights objects, real estate, state registration, the moment of occurrence of the right of ownership of the acquirer, registration procedure, terms and forms of appeal [5-7 keywords].
The article deals with the peculiarities of the Mongolian law institutions of the Golden Horde period.The author considers the evolution of the above-mentioned law in a broad historical, legal and socio-politicalcontext. The author describes the system of Mongolian law of this period, its basic principles, examines theissues of legal regulation of various spheres of life of the Golden Horde society.
In work features of legal regulation of lawsuits are considered. The author notes that all lawsuits and themost difficult conflicts were considered civil, involved the property, non-property, dishonoring, conciliatoryand other forms of punishment. The truth and justice, aspiration to their comprehension were fundamentalbases of legal proceedings and the passed judgments.
