Juragan Konveksi is a home industry whose production process is still conventional. Based on the initial observations, there are 3 workstations whose operators often experience injuries, including the pattern cutting station, the sewing process station, and the finishing station. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of work injury on the operator. The methods used are RULA (Rapid Upper Limb Assessment) and REBA (Rapid Entire BodyAssessment). From the results of the NBM (Nordic Body Map) questionnaire calculation, there are four operators who have a high level of risk, namely the pattern cutting process with a score of 80 and 77, and the sewing process with a score of 71 and 73, and two operators have a very high-risk level in the finishing process. with a score of 92 and 103. From the RULA score on the sewing process operator, a score of 6 was obtained, which means that further investigation is needed, and changes must be made immediately. Then for the REBA score on the pattern cutting and finishing process operators get a value of 8 and 10 which means there is a high risk of injury/muscle disorders. This means that it is necessary to make improvements to the productionprocess to reduce work injuries for operators.
The purpose of this study is to recommend a proposed tool to reduce the impact caused by the manual material handling activities in the warehouse section of the Cisumdawu Toll Road Development Project 2. The study used the Nordic Body Map questionnaire with 9 respondents. The method used in this research is RULA and OWAS with the help of ErgoFellow software. Based on the results of the RULA calculation, the process of taking empty jerry cans obtained a score of 6 action levels 3. In the process of filling the fuel obtained a score of 4 action levels 2. In the process of removing or lifting jerry cans that were filled with BBM obtained a score of 7 action level 4. For the OWAS calculation, the taking process empty jerry can get the results of category 2. In the process of filling the fuel obtained measurement results in category 1. In the process of removal or removal of jerry cans that have been filled with fuel obtained category 4. The work process with a high score and risk of musculoskeletal disorders and action needs to be taken ie the removal of the jerry can which has been filled with BBM. For this reason, it is necessary to propose the design of material handling aids in the form of jib cranes using Indonesian anthropometry data to fit the posture of Indonesians.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merekomendasikan usulan alat bantu untuk mengurangi dampak yang disebabkan aktivitas manual material handling dibagian gudang Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Cisumdawu phase 2. Penelitian menggunakan kuisioner Nordic Body Map dengan jumlah responden 9 orang. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu RULA dan OWAS dengan bantuan software ErgoFellow. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan RULA, proses mengambil jeriken kosong diperoleh score 6 action level 3. Pada proses pengisian BBM diperoleh score 4 action level 2. Pada proses pemindahan atau pengangkatan jeriken yang sudah diisi BBM diperoleh score 7 action level 4. Untuk perhitungan di OWAS, proses pengambilan jeriken kosong diperoleh hasil kategori 2. Pada proses pengisian BBM diperoleh hasil pengukuran kategori 1. Pada proses pemindahan atau pengangkatan jeriken yang sudah diisi BBM diperoleh kategori 4. Proses kerja dengan score dan resiko terjadinya musculoskeletal disorders yang tinggi serta perlu dilakukan tindakan yaitu proses pengangkatan jeriken yang sudah terisi BBM. Untuk itu diperlukan usulan rancangan alat bantu material handling berupa jib crane menggunakan data anthropometri Indonesia agar sesuai dengan postur tubuh orang Indonesia.
Intisari—Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang memiliki peluang dalam mengembangkan pertanian organik. Beberapa tahun terakhir ini, perhatian masyarakat terhadap pertanian organik semakin meningkat. Salah satu komoditas prospektif yang dapat dikembangkan dengan sistem pertanian organik di Indonesia adalah sayur-sayuran. PT Masada Organik Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan agribisnis di Jawa Barat yang bergerak dibidang pertanian organik. Masalah yang dihadapi PT Masada Organik Indonesia adalah tidak terkontrolnya pengendalian persediaan yang disebabkan oleh permintaan pelanggan yang tidak menentu (dinamis) dan fluktuatif. Manajemen persediaan bertujuan untuk menentukan perencanaan pengendalian komoditas sayur organik di PT Masada Organik Indonesia dalam rangka efisiensi dan meminimalkan biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Metode Algoritma Wagner-Within dan metode Heuristik Silver Meal memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu menghasilkan kuantitas pesan yang optimum dengan biaya yang rendah. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan metode usulan yang terbaik adalah biaya persediaan menggunakan metode Heuristik Silver Meal karena dapat menghasilkan biaya yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan metode Algoritma Wagner-Within yaitu dengan penghematan sebesar Rp. 64.000.000,- dan efisiensi 26% dari metode yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan dengan total biaya persediaan yaitu Rp. 178.235.754,- Abstract—Indonesia is an agricultural country that has the opportunity to develop organic agriculture. In recent years, the public's attention to organic farming has increased. One of the prospective commodities that can be developed using an organic farming system in Indonesia is vegetables. PT Masada Organik Indonesia is an agribusiness company in West Java which is engaged in organic agriculture. The problem faced by PT Masada Organik Indonesia is uncontrolled inventory control caused by erratic (dynamic) and fluctuating customer demand. Inventory management aims to determine the planning of organic vegetable commodity control at PT Masada Organik Indonesia in the context of efficiency and minimizing inventory costs incurred by the company. The Wagner-Within Algorithm method and the Heuristic Silver Meal method have the same goal, namely to produce an optimum message quantity at a low cost. From the results of data processing, it is found that the best proposed method is the inventory cost using the Heuristic Silver Meal method because it can produce the lowest cost compared to the Wagner-Within Algorithm method with a savings of Rp. 64,000,000, - and 26% efficiency from the method applied by the company with a total inventory cost of Rp. 178,235,754, -.
