The weakness of the learning process is one of the problems in Indonesia's education world today. In the learning process, children are less encouraged to develop thinking skills, and they tend to be directed to memorize information so that students are more theoretically brilliant but weak in the application. Coupled with distance learning also gives unsatisfactory results for students because they only receive material without not being practiced. There is a need for changes in the learning process. The purpose of this community service activity is to provide assistance on practical Fiqh learning to teachers at SD IT Bina Insani Muslim. Although the study of material on Fiqh is practically not too deep, it is hoped that the teacher will be able to provide the whole teaching because Islam gives more attention to daily worship. To achieve this goal, training and mentoring SD IT Bina Insani Muslim teachers is a need of Islamic Fiqh Learning (Practical Fiqh). This service activity was carried out at SD IT Bina Insani Muslim in Jatimulya Tambun Selatan. Service partners are all teachers at SD IT Bina Islam Muslim. This service was held on June 14 and 15, 2021. Located in the hall of SDIT Bina Islam Muslim, attended by 23 teachers who were divided into two sessions. Given that the COVID pandemic has not yet ended, this training and mentoring event is divided into two days. The methods used in this implementation are lectures and demonstrations or direct training. The results of community service activities are increasing the ability and understanding of educators in terms of practical fiqh material and increasing and developing the understanding of educator participants in terms of fiqh problems in everyday life
<p>Karakter menjadi hal penting dalam kehidupan seseorang. Oleh karena itu, karakter yang kuat dan positif perlu dibentuk dengan baik. Pendidikan tak cukup hanya untuk membuat anak pandai, tetapi juga harus mampu menciptakan karakter yang baik. Mengingat zaman sekarang ini keluarga memiliki kesempatan yang terbatas dalam memberikan pendidikan moral kepada anak-anaknya. Sudah banyak keluarga yang mempercayakan sepenuhnya pendidikan anak kepada lembaga di luar keluarga. Khususnya pondok pesantren, karena para orang tua menilai bahwa Pondok mampu menjawab berbagai tantangan dan permasalahan pendidikan kontemporer dengan proses pendidikan dan pengajarannya yang lebih terpadu. Melihat realitas inilah akhirnya kami tim abdimas dengan Mitra pengabdian adalah Pondok Pesantren Tahfidz anak Hayatinnur, kemudian mengadakan pembinaan karakter santri usia 5-12 tahun yang dilaksanakan pada tanggal 13 April 2022 dihadiri 26 santri dan 4 guru pondok. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan ini adalah ceramah memberika kajian kitab yaknni kitab Akhlakul Lil banin Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat adalah pemahaman para santri dengan kitab Akhlakul Lil banin juz 1, dan perubahan pada sikap kebiasaan santri lebih terarah dan baik. <strong></strong></p><p> </p>
This article discusses the debates on the use of rasm ‘Uthmani in the writing of the Qur’an. By comparing and analyzing the arguments of three madhhabs, this article argues that the debate has to be ended, since, in principle, the recitation of the Qur’an does not only refer to the text’s writing, but also to its chain of transmission
This article aims to find a scientific argument for the differences in rasm ‘Uthmānī between Indonesian’s muṣḥaf and Madinah’s muṣḥaf. Some people claim that rasm ‘Uthmānī of the Madinah’s muṣḥaf is the most proper compared to the Indonesian’s muṣḥaf. Through the comparison of the differences in both muṣḥafs based on the two books of al-Muqni‘ by al-Dānī and Mukhtaṣar al-tabyīn by Abū Dāwud Sulaymān, both have basics of similarity. The difference in the writing of rasm ‘Uthmānī in the Indonesian’s muṣḥaf and the Madinah’s muṣḥaf in general only lies in the difference in their affiliation in the two major schools in this discipline that were written in the 5th century Hijri by al-Dānī and Abū Dāwud. This article proves that differences in rasm ‘Uthmānī are common in terms of transmission, and the claim that the rasm of Madinah’s muṣḥaf is the most correct of rasm ‘Uthmānī is a mistake.
Mushaf Bahriyah ditetapkan menjadi salah satu jenis Mushaf Standar Indonesia guna memfasilitasi santri atau masyarakat yang menghafal Al-Qur'an. Sistem pojok mushaf ini memberikan kemudahan dalam menghafal Al-Qur'an. Melalui studi lapangan dan literatur diperoleh gambaran bahwa Mushaf Bahriyah sebagai mushaf standar kurang mendapat respons dari masyarakat. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari sedikitnya penerbit yang mencetak mushaf ini. Penerbit Menara Kudus mencetak mushaf model Bahriyah, namun tidak bisa dimasukkan dalam kategori mushaf standar Bahriyah karena tidak mengikuti butir-butir yang distandarkan Kementerian Agama. Tetapi, mushaf Menara Kudus inilah yang banyak digunakan di pesantren untuk menghafal Al-Qur'an, karena memang jaringan pesantren dan distribusinya sudah terbangun. Seiring dengan maraknya penerbitan mushaf standar Usmani yang menggunakan sistem pojok yang menjadi ciri Bahriyah, mushaf standar ini semakin kehilangan peran dan fungsi, karena ciri utamanya telah diadopsi pada mushaf standar Usmani. Kaidah imla’i yang sebagian besar digunakan di dalamnya menambah problematika sendiri pada mushaf standar Bahriyah.
