Background; panax ginseng is one of the best ayurvedic plant used for treatment of several types of disease such as diabetes, improve the libido and hair-lose and as antioxidant also decrease the side effect and toxicity of several chemotherapy and toxic substances and several studies show that it may have an anticancer effect. Aim: to find out the effect of panax ginseng to decrease the cardiotoxicity the occur as a result of several chemotherapeutic medication such as doxorubicin and the effect of panax ginseng on cellular biomarker and cancer suppressor substance for evaluation of possible anticancer effect of panax ginseng. Methods: forty rate module has been enrolled in this study, divided into four groups ten rats for each groups, first group receive purified water, second groups receive Panax ginseng orally in 100mg/kg dose, third group receive panax ginseng with doxorubicin whereas the last groups receive high dose of panax ginseng only, blood sample also collected and organs such as heart is extracted, the serum level of several biomarker and cancer modulators has been evaluated. Results: Panax ginseng significantly reduce cardiotoxicity by its antioxidant mechanism, Panax ginseng reduced cardiac troponin (cTnI) However, its effect on reduction of BNP levels insignificantly compared to the doxorubicin group P=0.06. Panax ginseng reduced LPO and MDA and raised the antioxidant potential biomarker GSH significantly compared to the doxorubicin group P<0.05. Panax ginseng significantly reduced inflammatory (TNF-α) and apoptotic (caspase-3) biomarkers when compared to the doxorubicin group. Panax ginsing increase caspase level also and in addition, MDA, LPO, TNF-α, and caspase-3 levels were increased in doxorubicin group compared to the control group P<0.05. Conclusions: as a result of our research, Panax ginseng significantly show cardioprotective effect that it supresses the oxidative stress and other cardiotoxic parameters , However in high dose show to have anticancer by itself through caspase medullated apoptosis whereas the casepace 3 level significantly.
E-commerce is one of the new virtual technologies that make life simpler for both traders, marketers, and customers. However, the main problem for the seller was how to know customer's intentions when they enter the website. This paper proposed to predict whether customers make a purchase or not from their previous behaviors. Therefore, this paper aims to predict the intentions of users that using online -shopping. the main aim of this study is to highlight customer behaviors to predict purchases and make a compression between the works that are related to the subject of this paper to conclude and suggest the best method to predict purchasing in e-commerce treading that depends on customer behaviors.
Background: Subepithelial lesions (SELs) are incidental findings on endoscopies. Some have evil potential. Aim: Assess the prevalence, endoscopic characteristics, and diagnostic/therapeutic management of Sub-epithelial lesions (SELs) in video-gastroscopies (VGC). Materials and methods: All VGC for the period January 2011-June 2020 were included. Cases with missing data were excluded. Where a SELS was identified, the following was recorded: indication, age, sex, size, location and histology, findings from endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS), fine-needle aspiration (FNA), and surgical resection. Results: 55 SELS were evidenced in 7,983 patients (0.7%). 72% were women and the most common indication was dyspepsia (26%). The most frequent location was in the stomach (74%). The mean size was 16 mm (5-50 mm) and half were smaller than 10 mm. Seven presented ulcerated mucous, 4 were located in the gastric body and 86% were referred for gastrointestinal bleeding/anemia. In 26 cases of 55 (48%) standard biopsies were performed and in 6 of the 55 (11%) biopsies on biopsies, with no diagnostic yield. EUS was performed in 11% of them, all larger than 10 mm: 2 ectopic pancreases, 1 lesion compatible leiomyoma, 2 lesions of the muscularis propria (leiomyoma / GIST), and 1 extrinsic compression. No FNA was performed. All LSEs were managed conservatively. Conclusions: This is the first national study on the prevalence of SELS in the upper gastrointestinal tract and it was comparable to that of other series. The diagnostic yield of the biopsy was null. In most cases, the lesions were managed according to the recommendations of international guidelines.
