The tourism sector has been targeted to be a tool that may develop people’s economies. Kelompok Sadar Wisata (Pokdarwis) Sukowilangun Berseri is a community that develops Taman Suko at Sukowilangun, Kalipare, Malang Regency. However, the increasing number of tourism effects for the local community at Sukowilangun can still be categorized at a low level. Besides, the management capabilities and resources of the local community in developing Taman Suko as a local tourist destination have not been able to attract more tourists. We carry out a community service program through diversifying our business with the implementation of an aquaponics system to increase income derived from tourism management, providing assistance in efforts to develop tourism potential, and empowering local community-based communities at Taman Suko. The results of this program were implementing an aquaponics system as a business diversification as well as an education theme for tourists on how freshwater fish and vegetables are bred, developing some tourism support facilities such as photo spot, pathways, and fish pond, and promoting local culinary business through social media and a video profile.
AbstrakPenataan ruang berdasarkan, Undang-Undang Republik Indonesia Nomor 11 Tahun 2020 Tentang Cipta Kerja, diartikan sebagai sistem perencanaan susunan, pemanfaatan dan pengendalian. Setiap kota diharapkan memiliki penataan ruang (ruang fisik dan sosial) yang baik. Perencanaan tata ruang Kota Malang telah diatur pada Peraturan Daerah Kota Malang Nomor 4 Tahun 2011 Tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah Kota Malang Tahun 2010 - 2030, menjelaskan pada pasal 45 poin 6(k), bahwa ada rencana untuk meningkatkan Ruang Terbuka Hijau (RTH) pada ruang di bawah Flyover. Terdapat 3 flyover di Kota Malang, salah satunya Flyover Kedungkandang, dimana ruang di bawah flyover belum termanfaatkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengidentifikasi pemanfaatan ruang eksisting di bawah Flyover dan menganalisa pendekatan rencana pemanfaatan ruang di bawah Flyover Kedungkandang. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Metode High and Best Use, dengan data masukkan berasal dari observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara serta kuisioner, untuk menentukan pendekatan rencana pemanfaatan ruang di bawah Flyover Kedungkandang. Pada kondisi eksisting, ruang di bawah Flyover Kedungkandang paling sering digunakan sebagai tempat berteduh dan tempat berolahraga. Berdasarkan analisa High and Best Use, ruang di bawah Flyover Kedungkandang direkomendasikan sebagai Taman RW dan memenuhi kriteria sesuai dengan Pedoman Penyediaan dan Pemanfaatan Ruang Terbuka Hijau di Kawasan Perkotaan.Kata kunci: Flyover, High and Best Use, Ruang Publik, Taman, Tata Ruang. AbstractSpatial planning, based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 11 of 2020 concerning Job Creation, is defined as a system of planning composition, utilization, and control. Every city is expected to have good spatial planning (physical and social space). Malang City spatial planning has been regulated in Malang City Regional Regulation Number 4 of 2011 concerning Malang City Spatial Planning 2010 - 2030, explaining in article 45 point 6(k), that there is a plan to increase Green Open Space (RTH) in space under Flyover. There are 3 flyovers in Malang City, one of which is the Kedungkandang Flyover, where the space under the flyover has not been utilized. This study aims to identify the utilization of the existing space under the Flyover and analyze the approach to the space utilization plan under the Kedungkandang Flyover. The method used is the High and Best Use Method, with input data derived from observations, documentation, and interviews as well as questionnaires, to determine the approach to space utilization plans under the Kedungkandang Flyover. In the existing condition, the space under the Kedungkandang Flyover is most often used as a shelter and a place to exercise. Based on the High and Best Use analysis, the space under the Kedungkandang Flyover is recommended as a RW Park and meets the criteria following the Guidelines for Provision and Utilization of Green Open Space in Urban Areas.Keywords:Flyover, High and Best Use, Public Space, Park, Spatial.
In investing, there is definitely a risk, as well as the concession of toll roads. Risk analysis is used to anticipate losses due to an element of risk at each investment stage. The results of the analysis show that the highest risk probability for the Solo-Ngawi toll road is land availability and the influence of weather during development and the highest risk impacts are land availability, the potential for revolution in state governance. Based on the results of the analysis, the investment risk level of the Ngawi Solo Toll Road is included in the moderate risk category, so there is a need for cooperation in risk assurance by the Insurance Agency so that the risk level can be reduced to be lower than before.
