Penelitian ini membahas mengenai kinerja Pegawai Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) Perwakilan Provinsi Sumatera Selatan selama pandemi Covid-19. Tujuan penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Lingkungan kerja dan work form home terhadap Kinerja Pegawai. Data diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan google form kepada 54 pegawai menggunakan teknik Sampling Jenuh. Dalam Pengolahan data digunakan software SPSS. Metode yang dipakai adalah analisis berbentuk kualitatif yang dikuantitatifkan dan dianalisis menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian yang dilakukan secara simultan antara semua variabel yang diteliti menggambarkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja dan work form home positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kerja, work from home memberikan pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada masa Covid-19.

This study investigates the impact of economic growth on three main development sectors, household final consumption expenditure, and trade openness towards the growth of final energy consumption in Indonesia using annual data for the period 1972-2016. We applied autoregressive distributed lag (ARDL) procedures which consist of stationarity test, cointegration test, as well as estimation the short-term and long-term relationships. The cointegration test revealed existence cointegration<br />relationship among the variables in the model. In the short-term and long-term model, our results indicated that the growth of value-added in agriculture sector and industry sector, household final consumption expenditures, and trade openness in the short-term and long-term have a significant effect toward final energy consumption in Indonesia, while the growth of value-added in the service sector only given a short-term effect toward final energy consumption in Indonesia. Purpose,  This study aims to determine and prove the influence of supervision and work culture on work motivation and its impact on the performance of employees of the Palembang City Education Office, either directly or indirectly. Design/Metodology, The population of this study were all employees of the Palembang City Education Office, amounting to 62 Civil Servants (PNS). Palembang, totaling 62 Civil Servants (PNS). In this study, researchers used saturated sampling, namely the technique of determining the sample by using the entire population to be used as research samples. So in this study the number of samples used were 62 employees as research samples, The data analysis used in this research is by using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) analysis method which is operated through the Partial Least Square (PLS) program.Finding, The results of this study indicate that, Supervision (X1) has an effect on Work Motivation (Y), Work Culture (X2) has an effect on Work Motivation (Y), Supervision (X1) has an effect on Performance (Z), Work Culture (X2) has an effect on Performance Employees (Z), work motivation (Y) has an effect on employee performance (Z). Supervision has an indirect effect on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable or intermediary variable. Work culture has an indirect influence on employee performance with work motivation as a mediating variable or intermediary variable.

The results of this study can be concluded as follows: 1. Organizational Commitment and Job Satisfaction have an effect on Employee Turnover. 2. Organizational Commitment is influenced by Job Satisfaction. Employees who feel a high level of job satisfaction will remain committed to the company. 3. Job satisfaction has a negative effect on employee turnover. Employees who are not dissatisfied with their work will do employee turnover. 4. Based on the results of the hypothesis test (t test), partially the Job Satisfaction variable and the Organizational Commitment variable have a significant effect on Employee Turnover. In addition, the negative direction of the variable Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment to Employee Turnover indicates that the higher Job Satisfaction and Organizational Commitment will affect the decrease in employee turnover, which means it has a good impact on the company. Vice versa if job satisfaction and organizational commitment are getting lower, it will have a negative impact on the company, which will affect the increase in employee turnover.

The aims of study are to analyze and evaluate the impact of COVID-19 outbreak on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) performance before, during, and after the official announcement day on March 2nd, 2020. Five industry sectors were observed, i.e agriculture, property, manufacture, consumer, and mining sector. Event study analysis method is used to value the short-term influence of the announcement day on the selected stock market performance in Indonesia. The findings of the study indicated that manufacturing and consumer sectors had better stock performance with positive results of their abnormal return, unlike the agriculture and property sectors which showed the opposite result of their stock performance. The stock performance in the mining sector remained stable even after the announcement day. Lima sektor industri yang diamati yaitu sektor pertanian, properti, manufaktur, konsumen, dan pertambangan. Kami menggunakan metode analisis studi peristiwa dalam penelitian ini untuk menilai pengaruh jangka pendek hari pengumuman terhadap kinerja pasar saham terpilih di Indonesia. Hasil studi empiris menunjukkan bahwa sektor konsumen dan manufaktur memiliki kinerja saham yang lebih baik dengan hasil yang positif dari abnormal return-nya, tidak seperti sektor properti dan pertanian yang menunjukkan hasil sebaliknya dari kinerja sahamnya. Kinerja saham di sektor pertambangan tetap stabil bahkan setelah hari pengumuman. Pemerintah Indonesia, khususnya manajemen perusahaan, diharapkan lebih memperhatikan industri yang dirugikan akibat dampak negatif wabah, terutama pada sektor pertanian dan properti. Kata kunci: COVID-19, Studi Peristiwa, Abnormal Return, Kinerja Saham, Bursa Efek Indonesia.
