El objetivo de este trabajo es determinar la influencia del aula invertida en la enseñanza de la asignatura de Lengua y Literatura en los estudiantes de quinto grado de Educación Básica de la escuela “Alonso de Mercadillo”. El tipo de investigación fue descriptiva, con enfoque mixto y diseño cuasi – experimental, se manejaron métodos como: científico, estadístico, analítico y sintético. Las técnicas utilizadas fueron la observación directa, entrevista y encuesta e instrumentos como el cuestionario pre y pos evaluativo que se aplicó a los estudiantes y docente. Esta investigación contó con un muestreo no probabilístico, en el que participaron un docente y veintiocho estudiantes, los resultados de este estudio indican que los principales propósitos del aula invertida contribuyen de manera enriquecedora ayudando al docente a fortalecer su enseñanza, esto se evidencia en la propuesta denominada Jugando y aprendiendo con el e - Learning en el aula.
La inclusión educativa es brindar la oportunidad de desarrollo integral de la persona con discapacidad en sus esferas cognitiva, motora, emocional y social. Para conseguir la educación inclusiva, la universidad se convierte en un nicho de oportunidades; pero, aún queda mucho por hacer en aras de alcanzar una sociedad más igualitaria. Para concientizar la importancia de la inclusión y accesibilidad a la educación superior en Ecuador se realizó la presente investigación que contiene información de revisión bibliográfica de tipo documental. La técnica para la recolección de datos está constituida por materiales impresos y electrónicos estos últimos como Google Académico, Scielo, Dialnet, entre otros, seleccionando aquellos artículos donde se describen las acciones que se llevan a cabo en pos de lograr la inclusión en la educación universitaria en Ecuador. Los resultados revelan que en Ecuador se han dado pasos importantes en materia de acceso, facilidades y sistemas de apoyos y existe una estructura legal que garantiza el derecho a la educación inclusiva de todos los ecuatorianos, en el que se reconocen el derecho de las personas con discapacidad a recibir una educación de calidad. A pesar de la implementación de programas, instrumentos, proyectos educativos, experiencias de innovación, contribuciones tecnológicas se precisa continuar perfeccionando las acciones para cumplir con las políticas nacionales e internacionales.
El liderazgo parte de la necesidad del ser humano de agruparse, organizarse y establecer las diferentes actividades que desarrolla el individuo a nivel familiar, profesional y social en pro de una convivencia que contribuya a una mejor calidad de vida. El presente artículo está orientado a analizar las estrategias de liderazgo inclusivo que el docente y los directivos utiliza en su labor en la educación superior en América Latina. La presente investigación contiene información de revisión bibliográfica de tipo documental. La técnica para la recolección de datos está constituida por materiales impresos y electrónicos estos últimos como Google Académico, Scielo, Dialnet, entre otros. Los resultados revelan que constituye labor de las instituciones de educación superior, no solo la formación integral del profesional, sino también su contribución y aporte para la gestión y liderazgo de los procesos sociales. Un liderazgo para la inclusión y la justicia social debe abarcar diversas extensiones escolares (culturas, políticas y prácticas inclusivas) y diversas etapas/fases de escolarización (acceso, participación y aprendizaje) manteniendo como principal propósito el disminuir las barreras que están originando y sosteniendo la exclusión. Es necesario que los docentes se capaciten en procesos metodológicos inclusivos que los prepare para afrontar la heterogeneidad existente en los salones de clases, de esta forma contribuirán con el aprendizaje de los estudiantes para que estos aprendan al máximo, independientemente de las características e individualidades que presenten.
