Teknologi dan informasi mulai berkembang di Indonesia khususnya di Banyuwangi. Teknologi aplikasi berbasis online di bidang transportasi di Banyuwangi sangat mempengaruhi pelaku perjalanan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu mengetahui karakteristik pelaku perjalanan dalam memilih moda dengan metode stated preference dan dicari model utilitas transportasi dengan memperhatikan variabel tarif, waktu perjalanan, dan waktu tunggu. Karakteristik responden sebanyak 57 % responden pernah menggunakan taksi online dan taksi konvensional, sebanyak 85 % responden sering menggunakan taksi online dalam melakukan aktivitasnya l, dan alasan responden menggunakan moda transportasi antara taksi online dengan taksi konvensional sebanyak 45 % pertimbangan tarif. Persamaan model utilitas moda dapat diperoleh dengan mencari menggunakan persamaan regresi linier dan probabilitas moda taksi dapat diperoleh dengan meggunakan binomial logit.
Jalan Pancer is grade 3 roads with the heaviest axle loads of 8 tons, the age of the road plan is 5 years. But Jalan Pancer has been passed by heavy vehicles with the heaviest axle loads of more than 8 tons which caused premature damage to the road. Therefore this study aims to determine the predicted reduction in the life of the road plan caused by overloading from the vehicles. The research method used is to conduct a traffic survey to get Average Daily Traffic value and identify the heavy vehicles. The data obtained were analyzed to obtain the value of Vehicle Damage Factor (VDF) for each type of vehicle and the value of Cummulative Equivalent Standard Axle-CESA for the life of the road plan. The comparison results among VDF value of the survey and VDF value of the plan conclude that road damage factor greate. Because of the overload conditions the age of the plan is only 1 year 9.7 months, there is a decrease in the life of the road by 3 years 2.3 months in the second year, so it can be concluded that Jalan Pancer suffered early damage before the planned age (5 years).
The Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning (EPCC) project of the train workshop in Banyuwangi has an area of 83 hectares, and 30 Ha. The project area has uneven elevation contours, so cut and fill work is necessary. Cut and fill works require the use of heavy equipment so that the implementation can be completed according to the schedule and can optimize costs without neglecting the time to be achieved. The purpose of this study was to apply the simplex method in optimizing the cost of using heavy equipment in cut and fill work at the PT INKA Persero. The results of the application of the simplex method in optimizing the cost of using heavy equipment in cut and fill work for excavation work in combination 4 with excavator type 2 with a total of 3 units, dump truck type 1 with a total of 6 units, and bulldozer type 1 with a total of 2 units, with a total cost of Rp.4.955.077.432. For the optimal alternative tools for embankment work, namely alternative combinations of 4 by using excavator type 2 totaling of 2 units, dump trucks type 1 totaling of 3 units, bulldozer type 1 totaling 1 unit, vibro roller totaling 1 unit, and water tank truck totaling 1 unit, with the total cost of Rp. 3,403,048.016.
During the covid-19 pandemic, learning was carried out in accordance with the principles contained in the Minister of Education and Culture Decree No. 4 of 2020. The Minister of Education and Culture has also made various innovations in developing the educational curriculum, namely the Independent Learning Curriculum. The existence and role of information technology in the education system has brought about a new era of development in the world of education, but these developments have not been matched by an increase in human resources. This service program is in the form of distance learning evaluation training and the creation of an independent curriculum-based website at SDN 5 Karangsari. The event began with the provision of material on the independent learning program followed by workshops and learning evaluation training that supports independent learning such as Quizizz and Kahoot. The solutions offered for partners are the Service Team developing the making of practical IT-based learning evaluations so that they can improve the quality of teachers and create a pleasant learning atmosphere in accordance with the independent learning program, foster student interest in technology, and provide teaching to teachers in making Cognitive questions based on Higher Order Thinking Skill (HOTS). In addition, the Service Team also teaches the management of school websites for the benefit of providing information to the public about SDN 5 Karangsari
