The purpose of this research is to know the implementation of brainstorming method in group investigation model in Economic subjects and improvement of activity and learning result of students of class X IPS 3 SMAN 1 Batu. Methods of data collection using observation, test questions and field notes and analyzed by qualitative descriptive technique. The result of this research are: (1) improvement of student activity 18,71% from cycle I to cycle II, that is 63.30% cycle I and 82.31% cycle II; (2) the improvement of student learning outcomes is 22.22% from cycle I to cycle II, which is marked by the increase of 70.37% complete student in cycle I and increased to 92.59% cycle II. Implementation of brainstorming method in group investigation model is expected to be used as an alternative model of economical learning that is more innovative to improve student activeness. It is also expected that Economics teachers should implement the implementation of this learning model not only on the discussion of payment system and non-cash payment instruments only, but for other materials that have problems and materials related to the daily life of the students so that students are easier to find the latest information needed to be used as reference material. The results of this study are expected to be used by other researchers as a reference in carrying out the development of similar research. In addition to measuring student activity as well as learning outcomes, other researchers are expected to be able to measure other aspects such as critical thinking skills, communication skills, and so on, so that the results of research become more perfect.
This study aimed to examine the effect of customer satisfaction on revisit intention hotel in Yogyakarta, either directly or through the mediation of brand trust. Respondents in this study is that stayed in one-star hotels in Yogyakarta. To test the hypothesis quantitatively, the data obtained through a survey of 106 respondents. Sampling method nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling method. Validity testing performed by Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) while reliability testing performed by the item to total correlation and Cronbach's alpha. Meanwhile, to test the effect among variables used hierarchical regression analysis and analysis of mediation Baron and Kenny (1986).Results from this study is that customer satisfaction significant effect on brand trust, brand trust a significant effect on revisit intention. This study also proved that customer satisfaction significant influence on purchase intention of re-either directly or indirectly, that is mediated confidence in the brand. The assessment of financial performance can be done by management by analyzing the financial statement. The financial statements which has been is the balance sheet and profit and loss statement in 2016 until 2019. One analysis that can be used to determine the company's financial condition is financial ratio analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine how the financial performance of the cosmetics sub-sector in terms of profitability ratios based on the company's financial statements. The data analysis method used is descriptive analysis. Research data and information were obtained from the Indonesia Stock Exchange. From the calculation of the average profitability ratio on the net profit margin, the condition of the company's financial performance is not good and the return on assets, return on equity shows that the condition of the company is in good condition. From the results of the financial ratio analysis, it can be seen that PT Unilever Tbk has a better financial performance compared to the other three cosmetic companies.
Some abilities are needed to solve word problems, one of which is the ability to understand sentences and symbols in the problem. One factor that affects the ability of each student is learning style. Learning style is a person's tendency to receive and process information to the maximum, learning styles can be grouped into three, namely visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles. The purpose of this study is to analyze and describe the forms of errors made by students in solving social arithmetic word problems in terms of the learning styles. Data collection procedures in this study are giving learning style questionnaire, written test, and interview. The research subjects are two VII grade students at SMP Negeri 1 Malang from each learning styles. The results of the analysis of this research are that students with visual learning style error occurs at the step of devising a plan, carriying out the plan, and looking back. While students with auditory and kinesthetic learning style error occurs at the understanding the problem, devising a plan, carriying out the plan, and looking back. The error forms occur in all learning styles.
