This study aims to determine whether the commitment of management, decision making authority, organization culture is partially affected and simultaneously to the accountability performance in government agency to improve government performance. This research method is to use a casual research design. The sample is determined by using the technique of purposive sampling.The population in this research are all employees of the Unit of work Tools (SKPD) Government of Deli Serdang. The sample used in this study is structural officials (Echelon 2, 3 and 4), with a total sample of 60. The data in this study is the primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed directly to the respondent. Data analysis model used was multiple linier regression. Testing the quality of data used is the test validity and reability testing. Classic assumption test was used for normality test, test heterokedastisitas, and tes multikolinearitas. Hypothesis testing using the determinant coefficient, simultaneous test (test-F), partial test (test-t).The results show that management commitment partially has a positive influence on performance accountability. Decision making authority partially has a positive influence on performance accountability. Organization culture partially has a positive influence on performance accountabilitypartially has a negative influence on performance accountability. Simultaneously commitment management, decision making authority, organization culturehave a positive and significant influence on performance accountability.
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Intention to Use and Perceived Usefulness on Actual System Use through Intention to Use as an intervening variable in the LinkAja application in GraPARI Telkom Group Medan.The population in this study were all consumers average in one day, amounting to 150 people using a sample of 30 people. Based on the results of the t test (partial) the variable Perceived Ease of Use obtained tcount 4.748 t table 2.048 and significant 0.000 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Perceived Usefulness. The variable Perceived Ease of Use is obtained tcount 4.433 t table 2.051 and significant 0.049 0.05, then Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Ease of Use has a significant effect partially on Intention to Use . The Perceived Usefulness variable is obtained tcount 5,089 ttable 2,051 and significant 0,046 0,05, then ha is accepted and h0 is rejected, which states that Perceived Usefulness has a partially significant effect on Intention to Use . The Intention to Use variable was obtained tcount 3.140 t table 2.055 and significant 0.040 0.05, then Ha was accepted and H0 was rejected, which stated Intention to Use partially significant effect on Actual System Use.Based on the intervening test, the results show that Perceived Ease of Use has a correlation with Intention to Use as an intervening variable because it has a value of Pvalue α, namely 0.105 0.05. The Perceived Usefulness variable has a value of 0.264 0.05, which means that it has a positive regression coefficient direction.
This study aims to examine the effect of the application of responsibility accounting on managerial performance. The sample used in this study were 35 respondents. Data obtained by purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. A total of 35 questionnaires were sent and 35 questionnaires were returned. The research hypothesis was tested using a simple regression method with the help of SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the application of responsibility accounting has a significant effect on managerial performance.
Desa Namombelin merupakan bagian terkecil dari sistem pemerintahan administratif di Indonesia. Setiap desa memiliki tuntutan untuk mengikuti perkembangan teknologi informasi (TIK) dan sistem informasi dalam mendukung pengelolaan layanan data dan informasi desa, hal ini tertuang dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang Desa Pasal 86. Permasalahan Desa Namobelin saat ini adalah sistem pelayanan data dan informasi desa masih dilakukan secara konvensional, belum memanfaatkan sistem informasi manajemen (SIM). Hal ini disebabkan karena perangkat desa belum menyadari pentingnya pemanfaatan SIM dalam menyelenggarakan pengelolaan layanan data dan informasi desa kepada masyarakat. Akibatnya distribusi informasi kepada masyarakat menjadi lambat, dan belum terwujudnya transparansi kegiatan desa. Meskipun saat ini kantor pelayanan administrasi desa telah dilengkapi dengan perangkat komputer dan infrastruktur jaringan kompute, akan tetapi belum digunakan untuk pelayanan kepada masyarakat secara optimal. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk membuat dan menerapkan Website desa sebagai solusi sistem informasi desa (SID). Empat tahapan kegiatan yang dilakukan dalam kegiatan ini yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap pelaksanaan, tahap pendampingan dan tahap evaluasi. Luaran kegiatan ini diharapkan adanya penerapan SID desa Namombelin untuk menyajikan layanan data dan informasi desa kepada masyarakat.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of perceived ease of use and trust on the customer satisfaction and repurchase intention of fintech go pay consumers in Medan city and determine the effect of customer satisfaction in mediating perceived ease of use and trust on the repurchase intention of fintech go pay in Medan city. This study use a samples was 100 respondents, which were taken proportionally from every area in Medan City, the sampling technique was carried out purposive. The analytical method used is partial least square through the software smartPLS3.
