This study aims to propose an online education program and improvements using Wayo, an application for untact training services for pet dogs. Due to the increase of single-person household pet dogs, the problem of insufficient pet dog education which leads to behavioral disorders and biting incidents is being raised. To prevent this, interview subjects were recruited and an in-depth interview was conducted using questions based on Peter Morville's Honey Comb Model. The recruited interviewees were group of seven people aged between 20 and 30, which is the main user group of Wayo. The results are as follows. First, the application requires a video call function. Second, a customized filter suitable for users needs to be rebuilt. Third, the reservation process should be quick and easy to use. Fourth, the design of the application must reflect the identity of the brand. The online dog education in this study allows people to learn and experience the importance of dog etiquette.
