Ab s t r a c t. The subject of the article's research is the model and technology of information support for the medical diagnostic and treatment center (MDTC). The goal is to reduce costs and the time to organize the work a medical diagnostic and treatment center by applying and developed models and an information system. The following problems were solved in the paper: to conduct an analytical review of existing integrated medical information systems; to develop a model for the functioning of the MDTC; to develop software for the subsystem of information support for the MDTC functioning, including the local drug formulary. Methods of the theory of algorithms, automaton models and technologies for software applications development were used to solve these problems. The following results were obtained. Existing medical systems that allow automating the business processes of medical institutions are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are designated. The functional subsystems of the MDTC that automate the functions of the departments of a medical institution are designated. Automation models and expressions of the algebra of relationships have been obtained for the main departments of the MDTC, that allow to present in a formalized form the process of a medical institution functioning. The model of the functioning of the MDTC is formed on the basis of the theory of automate and an expression of the algebra of relations is obtained that describes in a formalized form the work of the medical center. The structure of the software system for information support of the MDTC is proposed. The navigation system of the web-resource of MDTC was developed. A use-case diagram was developed showing the functionality of the main categories of users. Conclusions: the information support of the MDTC will reduce the time for patient care due to the organized sequence of actions of department staff and reduce the risk of errors in diagnosis due to mathematical and statistical processing of the results of the diagnostics. A drug formulary was developed, which allows the patient to receive recommendations on the use of drugs based on the entered search parameters. The problem of multivariate nature is formed and solved, which is related to the modeling of logistics actions regarding various military equipment and weapons that enter the combat area. The proposed approach allows planning the supply of new weapons and to select a rational composition of manufacturers of military equipment.
A multi-variant, multi-criteria task related to the simulation of the logistic process to establish the parity of military forces in the military conflict zone, which contributes to the successful implementation of the military operating goals, is set and solved. The relevance of the study is related to the analysis of the threats toward the parity of military forces and the threats of logistic nature caused by weapons and military equipment supply that result in the losses in the military conflict zone (losses of personnel, damages of defensive structures, transition from offensive actions to defensive ones, etc.). The study simulates the actions to establish the parity of forces in a military conflict zone in the conditions of threats and vulnerabilities related to the logistics of weapons and military equipment supplied to the war zone. The carried-out analysis of the other papers in this field revealed the shortcomings of the already existing approaches – they are aimed to study just individual components of the whole process of establishing the parity of military forces in the conflict zone, so for now, there is no comprehensive solution to the problem that makes it possible to consider the logistic aspects as well. Threat factors related to the supply of the required types and quantities of weapons to the war zone are investigated based on the qualitative assessments of military experts and lexicographic ordering of potential suppliers of weapons and military equipment. The optimization of selects the suppliers of weapons and military equipment by using integer (Boolean) programming is done. The logical sequence of actions is presented in the form of threat – vulnerabilities – damages and is investigated further by means of the theory of experiment method in the form of a full factorial experiment based on the assessments provided by military experts. The agent simulation model is created to study the logistics of military equipment supply to establish the parity of military forces in the conflict zone. This model includes the agents associated with the appearance of threats, arising of vulnerabilities, and the incurring of losses in the war zone. The supply of military equipment in a heterogeneous transport network considering the possible transshipment from one highway to another and potential temporary storage of military cargo is simulated. By using the proposed agent simulation model, the actual terms of weapons and military equipment supply in conditions of wartime threats are determined. The method to increase the efficiency of the weapons in the war zone is created using the modern types of weapons and applying of asymmetry in the military parity of forces (advantage of quality over quantity). The optimization tasks are solved in conditions of conflicting criteria of time, costs and risks related to the logistics of the process of establishing of military forces parity in the war zone. The scientific novelty of the research being conducted is related to the development of the new method based on the simulation of the logistic process of establishing military forces parity in the war zone, which allows to successfully meet the set of military operating goals.
The complex problem of a multicriteria nature that is related to the justification of the new location for the evacuated enterprise is stated and solved. The simulation of the logistic process of evacuation in the conditions of threats and vulnerabilities of wartime is carried out. The relevance of the study is related to the justification of the possible location of the industrial enterprise production, considering the process of technological equipment transportation to the rear in a heterogeneous transport network. Also, the processes of moving the evacuated industrial enterprise to a new location and establishing the production in the new place are studied. The study simulates the logistical process of industrial enterprise evacuation in terms of wartime threats and vulnerabilities. A method to justify the location of the evacuated industrial enterprise that is based on a multivariate analysis with the use of qualitative expert assessments in the form of linguistic variables values is proposed. The complex dynamics of military cargo and technological equipment delivery to the new location are considered. This is done by means of simulation modeling that considers the specifics of a heterogeneous transport network and the risks and threats of wartime. An agent-based simulation model of the logistical process of the industrial enterprise evacuation has been developed. A new algorithm to minimize the delivery time of cargo and technological equipment that considers possible risks and threats and makes it possible to find the optimal route in a heterogeneous transport network is presented. An optimization model to locate the technological equipment of the evacuated industrial enterprise in the new territory, considering the criteria of time, cost and risks has been created. The multi-criteria optimization of the technological equipment location was carried out under the conditions of conflicting criteria, considering the requirements of wartime. The scientific novelty of the study is related to the development of methods and models of the industrial enterprise evacuation process based on agent-based simulation modeling, integer (Boolean) optimization, expert evaluation, use of linguistic variables that ultimately makes possible to justify the logistics of industrial enterprise evacuation in wartime. The results of the study should be used to plan the evacuation process of the industrial enterprise considering the requirements of wartime.
