Ab s t r a c t. The subject of the article's research is the model and technology of information support for the medical diagnostic and treatment center (MDTC). The goal is to reduce costs and the time to organize the work a medical diagnostic and treatment center by applying and developed models and an information system. The following problems were solved in the paper: to conduct an analytical review of existing integrated medical information systems; to develop a model for the functioning of the MDTC; to develop software for the subsystem of information support for the MDTC functioning, including the local drug formulary. Methods of the theory of algorithms, automaton models and technologies for software applications development were used to solve these problems. The following results were obtained. Existing medical systems that allow automating the business processes of medical institutions are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are designated. The functional subsystems of the MDTC that automate the functions of the departments of a medical institution are designated. Automation models and expressions of the algebra of relationships have been obtained for the main departments of the MDTC, that allow to present in a formalized form the process of a medical institution functioning. The model of the functioning of the MDTC is formed on the basis of the theory of automate and an expression of the algebra of relations is obtained that describes in a formalized form the work of the medical center. The structure of the software system for information support of the MDTC is proposed. The navigation system of the web-resource of MDTC was developed. A use-case diagram was developed showing the functionality of the main categories of users. Conclusions: the information support of the MDTC will reduce the time for patient care due to the organized sequence of actions of department staff and reduce the risk of errors in diagnosis due to mathematical and statistical processing of the results of the diagnostics. A drug formulary was developed, which allows the patient to receive recommendations on the use of drugs based on the entered search parameters. The scientific and applied problem of choosing suppliers of components, materials, and raw materials (CMRM) for the production of high-tech products (aircraft construction, shipbuilding, etc.) with a complex multi-level component architecture of the product is posed and solved. Much attention is paid to the study of long logistic supply chains for CMRM, considering the heterogeneous transport network (aviation transport, rail transport, road transport, etc.) with the transition of goods from one highway to another. The relevance of the topic of the publication is related to the study of the influence of the remoteness of suppliers and the heterogeneity of the transport network on the timing, costs, and risks of delivering CMRM to the production of high-tech products, considering the long supply chains that ensure the interaction between the supplier and the manufacturer. The research solves the problem of a rational choice of suppliers, considering the logistics of CMRM delivery in a heterogeneous transport environment. Due to the complexity of the problem being solved, it is complex and includes the following research stages: selection of suppliers, considering the component architecture of a complex product; formation of a logistics chain for the delivery of CMRM; a study of the effect of cargo transshipment in a heterogeneous transport environment. The solution of the second problem is associated with the choice of optimal logistics chains for the delivery of CMRM from the supplier to the manufacturers. The solution to the third problem is based on modeling the movement of goods, considering transshipment and possible risks. Mathematical methods used system analysis to represent the component architecture of a complex product; integer (boolean) programming to optimize the main logistic indicators; agent-based simulation modeling for the study of logistics chains for the delivery of goods with transshipment and possible risks (climatic, pandemic, terrorist, etc.).

Жуковського «ХАІ», Україна ДУАЛЬНА ОСВІТА ЯК ПРОГРЕСИВНА ФОРМА ЯКІСНОЇ ПІДГОТОВКИ ФАХІВЦІВ ДЛЯ ІННОВАЦІЙНОГО ВИРОБНИЦТВА АЕРОКОСМІЧНОЇ ТЕХНІКИ Ставиться та вирішується задача використання нової форми навчання у вигляді дуальної освіти для забезпечення високотехнологічного виробництва, що розвивається, новими кваліфікованими кадрами з випускників технічних університетів. Представлене вирішення основної задачі розглядається комплексно у два етапи. На першому етапі аналізуються можливі напрями розвитку та модернізації високотехнологічного виробництва інноваційної продукції. Для вибору напрямку розвитку підприємства розроблено базу даних існуючих і перспективних замовлень, які впливають на конкурентоспроможність аерокосмічної продукції. Для цього використовується метод, заснований на прецедентному підході. Новий портфель замовлень потребує підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців. Тому аналізуються вимоги до компетентностей фахівців, які повинні відповідати портфелю замовлень виробництва, що модернізується. Набір компетентностей випускників університету не завжди співпадає з вимогами роботодавців. Тому на другому етапі дослідження здійснюється вибір тих методів дуальної освіти (дистанційне навчання, віртуальна освіта, майстер-класи і т.д.), які дозволяють привести знання випускників університету до вимог к компетентностям роботодавців. Для цього використовується дуальна освіта, з урахуванням можливої індивідуальної траєкторії навчання для кожного студента. Заходи представлено у комбінованому поданні і включають різні інструменти навчання. За результатами індивідуального навчання, кожен з випускників університету повинен отримати набір компетентностей, що відповідають вимогам роботодавця. Формується база даних прецедентів, яка містить показники конкурентоспроможності продукції з новими вимогами до компетентностей випускників університету. Здійснюється оптимізація витрат, пов'язаних з дуальним навчанням. В якості математичних моделей дослідження використовується лексикографічне впорядкування варіантів та цілочисельна оптимізація. Запропонований підхід доцільно використовувати в задачах підготовки висококваліфікованих фахівців для виконання інноваційних проектів зі створення конкурентоспроможної продукції.
