Latar Belakang: Angka anemia pada wanita usia subur di DKI Jakarta masih tinggi. Anemia pada remaja dapat mengakibatkan dampak yang negatif pada kondisi remaja antara lain, penurunan konsentrasi belajar, perkembangan motorik dan mental, serta penurunan kesehatan reproduksi. Anemia dapat disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor diantaranya status gizi, lama masa haid, konsumsi zat besi dan protein, malabsorpsi zat besi, dan penyakit infeksi. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis hubungan konsumsi pangan, dan bioavailabilitas zat besi dengan status anemia pada siswi di SMPN 91 Jakarta Timur. Metode: Penelitian ini menggunakan desain cross sectional pada 125 siswi di SMPN 91 Jakarta dengan teknik stratified random sampling. Status anemia ditentukan dengan pengukuran menggunakan Hb meter, status gizi diukur menggunakan timbangan digital dan microtoise, data konsumsi pangan menggunakan food record selama 2 hari, pengetahuan dan karakteristik diperoleh dari pengisian kuesioner. Analisis data menggunakan Uji Chi Square dan Spearman Correlation. Analisis multivariat menggunakan analisis regresi logistik. Hasil: Anemia remaja putri sebesar 25,6%. Terdapat hubungan antara pendapatan orang tua (p=0,011), siklus menstruasi (p=0,026), konsumsi zat besi (p=0,000), konsumsi protein (p=0,002), konsumsi enhancer (p=0,000), konsumsi inhibitor (p=0,000), dan bioavailabilitas zat besi (p=0,000) dengan status anemia. Hasil analisis multivariat menunjukkan bahwa konsumsi zat besi adalah variabel yang paling berpengaruh dengan kejadian anemia pada remaja putri (OR=15,812). Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara konsumsi pangan dan bioavailabilitas zat besi dengan status anemia remaja putri.
