Introduction: This study was conducted to determine the current molecular prevalence of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV), hepatitis B virus (HBV), hepatitis C virus (HCV), hepatitis D virus (HDV), and human T lymphotropic virus-1/2 (HTLV-1/2) circulating among drug abuser inmates incarcerated in prisons located in Central Java, Indonesia. Methodology: Socio-epidemiological data and blood specimens were collected from 375 drug abuser inmates in four prisons. The blood samples were analyzed with serological and molecular testing for HIV, HBV, HCV, HDV, and HTLV-1/2. Results: The seroprevalence of HIV, HBsAg, HCV, HDV, and HTLV-1/2 in drug abuser inmates was 4.8% (18/375), 3.2% (12/375), 34.1% (128/375), 0% (0/375), and 3.7% (14/375), respectively. No co-infections of HIV and HBV were found. Co-infections of HIV/HCV, HIV/HTLV-1/2, HBV/HCV, HBV/HTLV-1/2, and HCV/HTLV-1/2 were prevalent at rates of 4% (15/375), 1.3% (5/375), 1.1% (4/375), 0.3% (1/375), and 2.1% (8/375), respectively. The HIV/HCV co-infection rate was significantly higher in injection drug users (IDUs) compared to non-IDUs. Triple co-infection of HIV/HCV/HTLV-1/2 was found only in three IDUs (0.8%). HIV CRF01_AE was found to be circulating in the inmates. HBV genotype B3 predominated, followed by C1. Subtypes adw and adr were found. HCV genotype 1a predominated among HCV-infected inmates, followed by 1c, 3k, 3a, 4a, and 1b. All HTLV-1 isolates shared 100% homology with HTLV-1 isolated in Japan, while all of the HTLV-2 isolates were subtype 2a. Conclusion: Drug abuser inmates in prisons may offer a unique community to bridge prevention and control of human blood-borne virus infection to the general community.
Aim: To explore the impact of mastectomy on the body image of women with breast cancer. Design: A qualitative study with a phenomenological approach. Methods: Thirty women (n = 30) with post-mastectomy breast cancer were obtained through a purposive sampling technique. Data were collected using in-depth and semi-structured individual interviews to explore the experiences of the participants and the meanings they attribute to them. The data was analysed using the Van Manen method and with the help of NVivo 12 software. Results: Three main themes were identified in this study: "breast meaning", "selfconcept", and coping strategies for women after mastectomy. Breasts are interpreted as a symbol of female status that reflects femininity and attractiveness. Mastectomy can cause changes in appearance, which can affect women's body image, selfconcept, and social interaction. Emotional intensive coping and problem-solving intensive coping are coping strategies used by women after mastectomy. Conclusion: Breasts are synonymous with femininity, beauty, and attractiveness. Therefore, many women feel that they have lost their femininity and self-confidence after losing their breasts due to mastectomy.
This research aims to find new evidence about the factors that effect the workload, experience and professional skepticism to fraud detection ability of auditor. From questionnaires distributed 36 questionnaires (85,71%) were completed and can be processed. The data of this study using primary data directly through a questionnaires and analyzed using SPSS version 22 for windows. The data were analyzed to test the hypothesis using multiple linear regression analysis approach Then, the research using multiple regression method found that only workload having a negative on the fraud detection ability of auditor. While, experience, and professional skepticism having a positive effect on the fraud detection ability of auditor. Keywords: workload, experience, professional skepticism, and fraud detection ability of auditors
Traditional food is a food and drink that is usually consumed by certain people, with a distinctive taste that is accepted by the community. This study aims to record, reveal, document community knowledge about plant species and how to use them as food packaging material by the people of Central Bangka Regency and to find out the conservation status or level of threat of species. The research method was conducted by interviewing the criteria of key informants, field observations, anatomical observations and cluster analysis with pastpogram software and in determining the location using purposive sampling. The results of the study obtained 10 types of plants whose leaves are used as food and food wrappers consisting of 7 families. The most widely used families are Arecaceae, Pandanaceae and Poaceae. The highest number of plant species based on habitat is 9(43%). The highest number of plant species based on habitus is herbs 5(50%). Based on the results of the cluster analysis, most people use banana leaves (Musa sp.) as food and food packaging.
<p>Intestinal parasitic infections are caused by protozoa, STH and non-STH worms. Immunity, which can be determined by measuring nutritional status, and personal hygiene can affect the occurrence of intestinal parasite infections. This study aims to determine the relationship between personal hygiene and nutritional status against intestinal parasite infections in elementary school students in Simo Boyolali. This type of analytic observational research with a cross sectional approach. Total sampling was taken at elementary school of Wates, Talakbroto 1, and Kedunglengkong 1 Simo, Boyolali. There were 11 students with worms infections, 16 with protozoa infections, and 4 with worms and protozoa infection. There was a relationship between washing hands before eating (p = 0.004), after eating (0.027), after defecating (p = 0.04), biting nails (p = 0.008), wearing footwear when leaving the house (p = 0.008) , removing shoes while playing during school breaks (p = 0.001), and nutritional status (p = 0.002) with intestinal parasite infection. There was no relationship between nail clipping once a week (p = 0.118) and the availability of a latrine (p = 0.416) with intestinal parasitic infections. So, there is a relationship between personal hygiene (washing hands before eating, after eating, after defecating, biting nails, wearing footwear when leaving the house, removing shoes when playing during school breaks, and nutritional status) and intestinal parasitic infections.</p><p> </p><p>Keywords<strong>:</strong> elementary school; protozoa; worms.</p>

Wasting is an acute malnutrition which could indirectly increase infant mortality and morbidity. Currently, wasting was serious public health problem in Indonesia with 11,1% of prevalence. This study aimed to determine the incidence of wasting in childrens aged 6-59 months in the working area of Puskesmas Kelurahan Penjaringan I, North Jakarta from March to April, 2019. The researcher measured antropometry of children to see nutritional status based on indicator of BB/TB. A case control method, as well as purposive and accidental sampling technique, was carried out in this study. As many as 60 respondents were divided into 2 groups (30 cases group and 30 control group). The data were analyzed by using chi square test and multiple logistic regression. Infectious disease history (p=0.031) and protein intake (p=0.024) were associated with wasting incidence in children. Infectious diseases history was dominant factor determining of wasting in children aged 6-59 months in Puskesmas Kelurahan Penjaringan I, North Jakarta (OR=11.897; 95% CI=1.246-113.570). Fostering integrated health post by providing counseling about increasing nutrient intake especially protein intake and handling infectious diseases in children so that wasting can be handled properly.
