E-Learning merupakan salah satu terobosan dalam bidang pendidikan yang memanfaatkan teknologi informasi. Berbagai model pembelajaran online pun mulai dikembangkan. Misalnya blended learning, distance learning (belajar jarak jauh) dan flipped learning. Pembelajaran online ini pada dasarnya mencoba untuk melakukan inovasi dan perubahan terhadap paradigma dalam pembelajaran. Salah satu model pembelajaran online yang saat ini cukup banyak menjadi kajian dalam penelitian pendidikan adalah flipped learning. Flipped learning adalah pembelajaran yang menggabungkan pertemuan di kelas dengan pembelajaran secara online. Pada flipped learning hal-hal yang biasa dilakukan didalam kelas seperti menjelaskan materi, memberikan tugas, latihan dan tugas rumah di pindahkan menjadi pembelajaran online. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan desain penelitian pengembangan.
This research was conduct to determine the effect of financial literacy includes financial knowledge, financial skills, and financial attitudes towards financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative House”. Issues regarding financial management are a key factor that can lead to failure of UMKM. UMKM’s financial management should apply practical and effective methods in financial management by practicing accounting well to make financial information for decision making. This type of research is causal-comparative. The population in this study was the UMKM practitioners guided by BUMN Creative Houses with a total population of 287 UMKM and 75 UMKM as samples. Sampling was determined using the Slovin formula with random sampling techniques. Data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires. The validity test uses SPSS version 20 seen in the Corrected item-total Correlation column and the reliability test seen in the“Cronbach Alpha” column. The data analysis technique” used multiple linear regression. To test the hypothesis the F test and the T-test were used, using SPSS 20 program. The results are (1) financial knowledge, financial skills, and financial attitudes, that all have a significant and positive influence on financial management in the UMKM of Padang BUMN Creative Houses. (2) financial knowledge has a positive and significant influence on financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative Houses. (3) financial skills have a positive and significant influence on financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative Houses. (4) financial attitudes have a positive and significant influence on financial management in the UMKM guided by Padang BUMN Creative Houses. The ability of Students in the Master Economic Education-FE UNP in writing the qualified articles are still low. The thesis proposed still only based on previous research, not based on the data and relevant article. The research development aims to develop teaching materials and research-based learning model in the lecture of Economics and Macroeconomics Learning Strategy and as a comparison class were learning accounting. The aims of this research is improving students' ability in conducting a research and writing scientific journals and. The method used was a research design, which consists of three stages, i.e. preliminary design, teaching experiment, and retrospective analysis to improve the students' analytical capabilities. Research output is publications of national and international scientific journals.
This study aims to identify and analyze the influence of the average average value, micro teaching, and field experience (PFE) on pedagogical competencies of prospective teachers majoring in economic education at Padang State University. The population in this study were students majoring in economic education in 2015 at Padang State University. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 21. The results show that 1) The average point value does not significantly influence the pedagogical competence of prospective teacher students majoring in economic education at Padang State University 2) Micro teaching has a significant effect on the pedagogical competency of the candidates student teacher majoring in economic education majoring in Padang State University 3) Practice Field experience (pfe) does not have a significant effect on pedagogical competence of prospective teacher students majoring in economic education at Padang State University.Keywords: grade point average, micro teaching, practice of field experience (pfe), pedagogical competence
