The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance mediated by organizational commitment at PT YAUP Cikarang. This research uses quantitative methods. The research variable data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to as many as 50 respondents using the saturated sample method. The data analysis method used was the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects with Smart PLS software. The results of the study found that work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work-life balance has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work-life balance and employee performance.
This study aims to analyze the performance of permanent employees and contract at the front office of The Sultan Hotel Jakarta. This study uses a variable learning orientation, the role of leader and competence to analyze the performance of employees. The population in this study is a part of the front office employees at the Sultan Hotel Jakarta both permanent employees and contract workers of less working period of one year until the work period of more than 3 (three) years. This population totaled 64 employees, among others occupy section valet parking, door girls, bellboy, concierge, front desk agent, guest relation officer, telephone operator, business center, room reservation, and assistant manager. In this study used cross-sectional design, the type of research design that collects information from a particular sample is made only once where data collection is done on only one respondent for a time. Data was collected using a questionnaire method is to provide a list of questions or the questionnaire directly to the respondents. Data analysis techniques in this study using Pearson correlation and regression. The results showed that learning orientation variable positive and significant effect on employee performance, the role of leader and significant positive effect on employee performance and competency variable positive and significant impact on employee performance. This research is motivated by problems in the Company related to leadership style that does not help employees to be motivated, maintain and increase motivation within themselves. The employee's work environment needs to have sufficient facilities to support daily work in order to improve performance, and a high workload that is sometimes beyond the ability of employees. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of leadership style, work environment and workload on the performance of employees of PT. NFI is part of the fillpack. This study uses quantitative research methods. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, normality test, linearity test and regression coefficient (hypothesis). The population of this research is the employees of PT. NFI part of the fillpack as many as 130 employees. This study uses a probability sampling method with a simple random sampling technique, meaning that all members of the population are assumed to have the same opportunity to be selected as the research sample. The results of the study which were processed using the SPSS version 22 for windows program in the t-test (partial) showed that leadership style significantly affected employee performance with a t-count value of 2.886 > t-table 1.989, the influence of the work environment significantly affected employee performance with a t-count value 2,276 > t table 1,989 and the workload also significantly affects employee performance with a t count value of 2,183 > t table 1,989. Thus the researcher can conclude that the variables of leadership style, work environment and workload can be considered and used as benchmarks in employee performance.
Turnover intention pada dasarnya adalah sama dengan keinginan berpindah karyawan dari satu tempat ke tempat kerja yang lainnya. Turnover intention dapat menjadi masalah yang serius bagi sebuah perusahaan yaitu meningkatnya biaya pengeluaran untuk penerimaan tenaga kerja baru, seleksi, pelatihan serta terhambatnya target yang seharusnya dicapai oleh perusahaan. Peningkatan turnover intention pada penelitian ini difokuskan pada PT. PND sebagai objek penelitian, kerena setiap tahun turnover intention mengalami peningkatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengujiapakah terdapat pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasi terhadap turnover itention karyawan PT. PND . Metode pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling yaitu dengan metode sampling jenuh. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan bantuan program statistik SPSS version 22 for windows (Statistical Package For Social Sciences). Hasil dari penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh negatif dan signifikan antara gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dengan turnover intention karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara kepuasan kerja dengan turnover intention karyawan, terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan antara komitmen organisasi dengan turnover intention karyawan.
Having human resources who are loyal to the company is an asset that is expected for company owners to establish the company's business progress. To get employees who have a high sense of commitment to the place where they work can be influenced in various ways. One of them is by paying attention to aspects of organizational culture, work competence, and employee motivation. In addition, the commitment instilled in employees is also able to influence in developing the company itself so that employees have a role to play in achieving company goals. This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work competence and work motivation on organizational commitment at PT Kalbe Farma which causes an increase in employees resigning every month. The type of research used is quantitative research. With a population of employees and sampling with the Probabilty Sampling technique with a sample of 77 respondents. The data obtained from the research sample is in accordance with the statistical data which is then interpreted. Data collection techniques include observation, distributing questionnaires and literature study. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing through t test, and classical assumption test using SPSS 26 program. The results of the analysis show that organizational culture, work competence and motivation to work together positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. The results of this study concluded that organizational culture, work competence and work motivation had a significant partial and simultaneous effect on PT Kalbe Farma's organizational commitment.
