The article highlights the questions most frequently posed to the expert at carrying out construction and technical expertise. To solve them, each expert Advisor approaches in its own way, using different methods of examination. One of these methods is aerial survey of the construction site using unmanned aerial vehicles. This method is becoming increasingly common in the field of construction expertise, both among private practitioners and among state expert institutions. This trend is connected with the fact that the use of UAVs requires less labor than the usual inspection of the object, significantly saves time expert (especially on large construction sites) and greatly simplifies the procedure of photo and video recording. Whatever method of examination is used by the forensic expert, his next task will be to study the Executive documentation. This article presents the structure and types of Executive documentation, emphasizes the importance of proper management and availability in General. The problem of the lack of IP on the construction site, due to the lack of customer and(or) contractor professional knowledge and neglect of documentation of construction, which does not meet the requirements of the Federal law «Technical regulations on the safety of buildings and structures».
