La fase de pre inversión constituye la base informacional de todo proyecto. Dada la influencia de dicha fase en la ejecución y posterior explotación de la inversión, así como su carácter complejo, iterativo y dinámico, el despliegue del enfoque a procesos resulta conveniente de cara a satisfacer a las partes interesadas pertinentes. Sin embargo, en la literatura consultada no se evidencia un análisis detallado de la estructura de esta fase como un proceso y, desde lo metodológico, se identifican insuficiencias en la evaluación y mejora de la calidad, aspecto que limita su orientación hacia la satisfacción de las partes interesadas pertinentes, lo que constituye la problemática a resolver en la presente investigación.
El objetivo se centra en definir la configuración de la fase de pre inversión como un proceso basado en la identificación de sus entradas, transformaciones y salidas, así como los subprocesos que la integran y las interrelaciones presentes entre estos. Como resultado se presenta una metodología que logra operacionalizar la evaluación y mejora de la calidad del proceso y está compuesta por tres etapas y nueve pasos que contienen tres procedimientos específicos con la utilización de varias herramientas, índices de calidad, el mapa específico y las fichas de procesos
<p style="text-align: justify;">Para optimizar cualquier proceso ya sea el de producción de software o cualquier otro debe verse de manera integral, o sea tanto el proceso en sí como su integración por otros subprocesos, esto permite realizar su optimización con la unión multidisciplinaria de las disciplinas Informática e Ingeniera Industrial. Este análisis no es muy común y requiere una búsqueda detallada de los trabajos realizados hasta ahora sobre el tema. En el presente estudio se llevó a cabo un análisis bibliométrico para sustentar la creación de una herramienta que permitirá la optimización del proceso de producción de software; el método partió de una búsqueda por palabras clave en la base de datos indexada Scopus para el posterior análisis de la bibliografía obtenida, teniendo en cuenta el año en que fue realizada, que el contenido siga la línea de investigación y los autores más destacados de esta.</p>
En este artículo se propone un proceder para la gestión de las restricciones físicas en los sistemas logísticos en empresas comercializadoras, que sigue la filosofía general de la Teoría de las Restricciones y la utilización de indicadores logísticos como principal herramienta. Para evidenciar su pertinencia se presenta un caso de aplicación en una entidad comercializadora en Cuba. Se obtuvo un conjunto de indicadores de gestión logística que miden el desempeño de la entidad, y en función de estos se determinaron los recursos restrictivos que afectan su efectividad. A partir de su identificación se logró elevar la restricción física del sistema logístico.
