Recently, the environmental issue caused by logistics of agricultural products has attracted a great deal of attention. In order to solve the problem, much of work focuses on green logistics to decrease environmental pollution. However, the green logistics evaluation system of agricultural products is insufficient. Therefore, establishing a reasonable green logistics evaluation system for agricultural products plays a key role in the development of green agricultural products. In this work, domestic and international environmental factors which affect the development of the green logistics of agricultural products are analyzed based on reduction, reuse, and recycling principle of circular economy. In addition, a series of evaluation indicators for green logistics of agricultural products are developed. A fuzzy analytic hierarchy process method is proposed to make a comprehensive evaluation for green logistics of agricultural products based on evaluation indicators. The method combined analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy theory, where a fuzzy transformation operator is introduced. The proposed method is applied for decision-maker in view of knowledge management. In order to verify the applicability of approach, the approach is applied to green logistics of Shandong agricultural products.
Pedestrian evacuation at the gate of primary school after school is always a tricky question bothering us. In order to improve the safety and efficiency of pedestrian evacuation at the gate of primary school, adult–child matching behavior after school is analyzed. We propose four adult–child matching strategies considering order or random of adults and children in the matching process. Fusing the matching strategy into a cellular automata (CA)-based pedestrian simulation model and taking the Linyi No. 40 middle school, China as the case study, the adult–child matching behavior is simulated on the platform of MATLAB software. The simulation results indicate that evacuation efficiency of the strategy (adults are orderly distributed in the first waiting area and children are orderly queuing up) reaches the maximum value among the four strategies. Effective matching strategies could reduce pedestrian conflicts. The randomly children and randomly adults are all the negative impacts for evacuation. Orderly evacuation process could reduce pedestrian conflicts. Compared with the randomly children, the effect on evacuation efficiency of the randomly adults is larger. A reasonable number of evacuated pedestrians at a time could improve the whole evacuation efficiency, and we advise the Linyi No. 40 middle school to evacuate three classes at a time.
U-turn behavior of vehicle is one of the main causes of urban traffic congestion and accidents. A collaborative U-turn merging control algorithm is studied with collision avoidance and delay minimization for vehicles under Cooperative Vehicle Infrastructure System (CVIS) environment. Two control strategies, zip merging and platoon merging control, are proposed. e applicability of these two strategies is compared from the perspective of efficiency and driving comfort. e cellular automaton simulation system composed of a two-way four-lane traffic flow with a U-turn facility in middle of road is established with cooperative control algorithm imbedded. e influence of cooperative U-turn merging behaviors on traffic performance is evaluated by analyzing the arrival rates of main lane and U-turn vehicles and their relationship between one another. e simulation results show that the arrival rate of vehicles on target lane has a great impact on traffic delay. e cooperative control can improve the traffic flow only in the condition that the arrival rate of vehicles on target lane is less than 0.7. It provides some practical references for transportation agencies to meet efficiency requirements of the U-turn section when they apply cooperative control strategy.
