Using high-speed on-off valves (HSVs) with small size, low cost, and high switching accuracy instead of expensive proportional/servo valves, and researching high-performance vacuum servo system can further enhance the competitiveness of vacuum servo technology. However, due to the delay characteristics of high-speed on-off valve (HSV), the average gas mass flow rate of the output has dead zone, saturated zone and nonlinear zone. A linear compensation method for flow output is designed, so that the average gas mass flow rate of the output is approximately positively correlated with the duty cycle of the pulse width modulation (PWM) signal. Furthermore, because of the air compression and the leakage of the system, there exist parametric uncertainties, unmodeled dynamics and disturbances in the vacuum servo system. An adaptive backstepping control (ABC) strategy based on discontinuous projection mapping is designed. The adaptive backstepping control strategy inhibit the influence of system's parametric uncertainties through on-line update of the uncertain parameters, and uses its own robustness to eliminate the effects of unmodeled dynamics and disturbances. Compared with the sliding mode control (SMC) strategy, the experimental results show that when the tracking frequency reaches 3-4Hz, the adaptive backstepping control strategy can ensure good tracking performance. In view of poor accuracy of an overhead weapon station’s automatic firing, analyze the main vibration parameters affected the projectile dispersion, establish the vibration characteristic optimization model based on dynamic stability concept, and sensitivity analysis. Through optimization design of weapon station structure parameters, optimize the vibration characteristics and improve the accuracy of automatic firing. This method has certain reference value for structural modifications of the weapon station.
Firstly, analysis product’s customer demand correlation, function correlation, geometric correlation, structure the corresponding correlation matrix, distribute the respective weighting factor, and then establish an integrated correlation matrix. Application of fuzzy clustering, the establishment of cluster map, the program has been divided into different modules. Based on information entropy theory, select product’s design and manufacturing complexity, cost, maintenance as the optimization objective, establish mathematical evaluation model of module division. Evaluating a number of options get from the fuzzy clustering method, which gain the most reasonable module division program. Finally, taking the seat frame of the Remote Control Weapon Station(RCWS) for example, verify the validity and reasonableness of the evaluation method.
The article first systematically expounds the working principle and deficiencies of spring buffer, spring - hydraulic buffer, compressible liquid buffer, and other typical buffers. And then detailed introduces the generation, working principle and outstanding features of new material buffer. Finally, according to the characteristic of traditional buffer that performance parameters are immutable, presents a soft mounting buffer that performance parameters can be changed of intelligent, provides theoretic and technological reference of Overhead Weapon Stations for its development design and modification upgrade in China.
Servo system is a very important part of Remote Control Weapon Station , its accuracy has considerable impact on the performance of armament system. This article analysis the stucture compositon of the machine gun RCWS servo system, and elevating servo system is simplified and model is assumed. Virtual prototype model is built using Admas though adding constraints and loads; Elevating servo system model is built using Admas and Matlab/Simulink; Simulation analysis for tracing precision is conducted in the process of firing, tracing precision error and maximam removing velocity are got ,and that meet the general requirements of system design ,which verify the credibility of the model. This model has remarkable thoery and pratical meaning in the study of RCWS servo system design.
