Welding shop is a business place specializing in welding service for various types of metal in various ways ; Manually through electric welding, carbide, Argon, lathe, acetylene, or using the help of robotic or laser welding machines. The work accidents on worker in welding shop is often found.The research problem proposed is what factors are the risk factors for work accidents in welding shop of West Aceh Regency. The research design used cross-sectional method with person correlation analysis. The results of the study found a strong relationship between unsafe acts and work accidents on welding shop workers in West Aceh Regency. The P Value of the variable is 0.000 <0.05, it means there is a moderately strong relationship between unsafe conditions and work accidents for welding shop worker in West Aceh Regency, because the P Value of the variable is 0.023 <0.05. Suggestions for this research is the need to provide education and information about risk factors that can cause work accidents in welding shop workers in West Aceh district.
Traffic accidents according to the World Health Organization are unexpected events that cause injury, damage, and also loss to the owner (victim) and can cause death or injuries both minor injuries and serious injuries. The number of passenger car accidents from Aceh Barat to Banda Aceh through the laneAceh Barat - Aceh Jaya crossing is high from 2018 with 62 cases (63.86%) and 2019 with 64 cases (65.92%) from January to January August. The high number of cases was influenced by driver fatigue, unsafety condition, unsafety action, Length of service and the feasibility of the driver's vehicle. This type of research is quantitative research using cross sectional. The sample method used is total sampling, that is, all populations used as research samples are 48 people.The analysis used is univariate analysis and bivariate analysis. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship of fatigue, unsafety condition, unsafety action, years of service as well as the eligibility of vehicles with traffic accidents on the driver of passenger cars in Meulaboh type C terminal. The results showed that there was a relationship between unsafety condition and unsafety action with traffic accidents, which was P value <0.05. Hereby it is suggested to the transportation department, the traffic unit, the land transportation organization to cooperate with each other in providing information about factors relating to traffic accidents as well.
Risk is the chance of something happening that will have an impact on the goal. Risks are measured according to their likelihood and consequences. Consequences of injury and illness. And the severity of the damage or loss/injury. This study aims to analyze the factors of knowledge and Attitude of workers to the risk of work accidents in informal sector workers. The method used in this study is case-control by comparing groups of workers who have experienced work accidents with groups of workers who have experienced work accidents did not have a work accident. The results showed that there was a relationship between K3 knowledge factors and the risk of work accidents at 31 central rice mills where the P-value was 0.000 <0.05, and there was a relationship between the factors of workers' attitudes towards the risk of work accidents at 31 centers where the P-value 0.000<0.05. Suggestions from this study are the need for dissemination, education, and information about risk factors for work accidents in the 31 mill centers.
