Abstrak: penelitian ini di lakukan di SDN Sukamurni 1 pada program studi Pendidikan Guru Sekolah dasar tahun akademik 2019-2020. Objek dalam penelitian akan mengembangkan Media Pembelajaran Sparkoll Videoscribe Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian dan pengembangan Research and Development (R&D). Memakai model dari Borg and Gall yang tersusun dari tujuh tahapan yang sudah di batasi, yakni potensi dan masalah, pengumpulan data, design product, validasi design, perbaikan design, uji coba product, revisi product. Subjek penelitian yakni walikelas beserta peserta didik kelas IV SDN Sukamurni 1 dengan instrumen pengumpulan data berbentuk angket/kuesioner yang di berikan pada validator ahli kepada Dosen, ahli pakar dan siswa kelas IV. Bersumber pada hasil validator ahli pakar dan menghasilkan kriteria layak untuk tiap-tiap kriteria yakni 86% dan 80% maka hasil respon siswa dan kriteria kelayakan yaitu 96%.DEVELOPING MEDIA TEACHING SPARKOL VIDEOSCRIBE ON STUDENTSWRITING SKILLS IV SDN SUKAMURNI 1 TENGERANG CITYAbstract: This research was conduct at SDN Sukamurni 1 on the academic year 2019-2020.
