The turnover of core employees is great lost for industrial companies, so that the research of turnover Intention (TI) is critical to enterprise. Recently, the researches discuss the factors that affect turnover invention from different views. Based on the concept of total rewards (TR) we go deep into the influencing factors. In this paper, we used ULR and hierarchical regression analysis to build model with organizational justice (OJ) as moderator variable. Results showed that the five elements of total rewards, salary, rewards, work-life, performance & recognition and development & career are negative to employees' turnover intention. Secondly, distribute justice and interactional justice significantly negative moderate the relationship of TR and TI. However, process justice only has significantly negative moderating effect on work-life balance and development & career to TI, while the negative effect of salary, welfare and performance are not significant.
This empirical study explores the effect of cultural intelligence (CQ) on migrant workers' innovative behavior, as well as the mediating role of knowledge sharing on the CQ-innovative behavior relationship. Besides, it also examines the extent to which the mediating process is moderated by climate for inclusion. Using survey data collected from Chinese migrant workers and their supervisors working in South Korea (n = 386), migrant workers' CQ is found to positively impact their innovative behavior through enhanced knowledge sharing. However, it is observed that this indirect relationship is significant, only for migrant workers in a strong climate for inclusion. Thus, these findings reveal the underlying mediation and moderation mechanism and consequently unveil the important role of migrant workers' CQ in shaping their behavior. This study provides insightful and practical implications to a multicultural organization, where culturally diverse migrant workers work together.
In recent years, with the increasing influence of the Internet and social media, fan nationalism, as a new form of nationalism, has been widely discussed by scholars. This paper reviews related literature of fan nationalism from three aspects: psychological drive, fan organization, and media development. In the process of politicizing the fan circle, fans sanctify their country as idols, and have a sense of identity with their ideals. The organizational structure and operation mode of fan nationalism are becoming increasingly mature owing to the extensive use of new media enables complex information to organize and mobilize fans. However, future research can turn attention to the influence of fan nationalism on the public attitude towards national sentiment, which may be helpful to understand the current trend of nationalism in China.
This paper selects the Herfindahl–Hirschman index and the Moran index to study the overall agglomeration and spatial distribution of high-tech industries in Guangdong, a province of China. The location entropy, dynamic agglomeration index, and output value share are also used in this study to measure the agglomeration and changes that occur in high-tech industries in various cities of Guangdong Province. The relevant data of high-tech industries for the province is collected between 2013 and 2018. Our results show that Guangdong Province’s overall agglomeration of high-tech industries strengthened between 2013 and 2018, but industrial transfer occurred within the cities in the Pearl River Delta region to a certain extent. Regional international trade, R&D investment and patent output of the whole society, number of local scientific research personnel, economies of scale, communication level, and local taxation policies are the main factors contributing to the changes in the agglomeration of high-tech industries. Guangdong should create an open environment to increase R&D investment and expand the scale of R&D personnel and economy as well as strengthening intellectual property protection and communication level. Preferential taxation policies should be also implemented to accelerate the agglomeration of high-tech industries.
