With the development of the network society, the life of college students is shrouded by the network society, and there are more and more channels for them to contact various kinds of information, which brings new challenges to their ideological and ideological behaviors. We need to use the correct, active, positive way to increase the ideological network political education of students. College students' ideological and political education also gradually stepped into the network education wave, in the process of the new era of university education, network education is more and more important in the process of ideological and political education. Inn carrying out the education work in colleges and universities, we should departure from the specific teaching content, in order to effectively promote the physical and mental development of college students, and ensure the ideological and political education of college students. The development of network provides a broader path for ideological and political education, and network education is also a new challenge for ideological and political educators. This paper proposes an efficient online education management system based on cloud computing technology, which improves the traditional information management process and information classification algorithm, and can be a good online education task.

This review is focused on the features, preparation and applications of uniform cationic polymer latex particles, as well as on the formation mechanism of uniform latex particles. Substantial progress in the size and shape control of polymer latex particles has been made using several methods such as dispersion polymerization, conventional emulsion polymerization, surfactant‐free emulsion polymerization and seeded emulsion polymerization. Uniform cationic polymer latex particles have wide applications such as drug carriers, diagnostics, templates and additives. However, two major problems are the inhomogeneous size and low surface charge density, which limit further functionalization and the application of cationic polymer latex particles. Three techniques of controlled radical polymerization, namely nitroxide mediated radical polymerization (NMRP), atom transfer radical polymerization (ATRP), and reversible addition frag mentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization in combination with ring opening polymerization (ROP) were employed to prepare functional block copolymers with controllable molecular weight and narrow molecular weight distribution. The structure, molecular weight, and PDI of block copolymers were characterized by various techniques. The synthesis routes of NMRP ROP, ROP ATRP, and ROP RAFT exhibited excellent controllable features in the preparation of functional block copolymers.
