This study aimed at finding out management of the use of facilities and infrastructure in learning, obstacles and the solutions in Elementary School of 25 Betung. This research used a qualitative method. Subject in this study was the principal, teachers, infrastructure coordinator, school committee and supervisor. Technique of collecting data employed observation, interview and documentation. The technique of data validity used triangulation of methods and sources. Data analysis techniques used interactive model. The management of learning facilities and infrastructure is utilized through planning, implementing and controlling facilities and infrastructure. The obstacles are the storage area requires funds for expansion and repair, and a lack of administrative personnel, especially for the management of facilities and infrastructure. Solving budget problems by optimizing the limited personnel is to be more observant in determining the priority scale according to the existing budget, then involving existing personnel in formal courses or training. This study aims to determine the impact of teacher performance training, teaching experience on teacher performance, and between teacher performance and their experience of teaching. The samples of the study were all of the teachers who taught at SMP Negeri Korwil 08 District BPR Ranau Tengah and Sub District Warkuk Ranau Selatan. The approach used in this study was quantitative. The total of samples was a hundred teachers. The data collection technique was a questionnaire. The analysis of data was statistical and inferential. Then, the findings showed that (1) the teaching had a significant impact on teacher performance, (2) there was a significant impact on teacher performance, and (3) instruction and teaching experience. The conclusion is based on the research that has been done, there is an effect of training (X1) on teacher's performance (Y)
Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Strategi Story Maps Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Cerpen Siswa Kelas IX SMP Yayasan Harapan Ibu. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Posttes-Only Control Design dengan menggunakan tes akhir pada kelas eksperimen berjumlah 30 siswa dan kelas kontrol berjumlah 30 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik tes, teknik wawancara. Diperoleh nilai tes akhir kelas eksperimen rata-rata 83,20. Nilai akhir rata-rata kelas kontrol adalah 73,36. Hal ini diperoleh dari hasil hitungan secara statistik pada uji t, hasil  = 5,480 dengan dk = 29 pada taraf signifikan 0,05% sehingga dk = 2,04 jadi  ≥  = 5,480 ≥ 2,04 sehingga  dinyatakan signifikan. Dapat dinyatakan Ho ditolak Ha diterima, yang berarti pengaruh yang signifikan strategi pembelajaran story maps terhadap keterampilan menulis cerpen. Selanjutnya pada uji homogenitas variabel penelitian diketahui nilai Levene Statistic sebesar 0,05, sedangkan nilai signifikan lebih besar dari 0,05 yaitu sebesar 0,060. Karena harga sig > 0,05 maka hipotesis yang menyatakan bahwa data diperoleh dari populasi yang homogen. Dengan demikian hipotesis yang peneliti kemukakan adalah “Terdapat Pengaruh Strategi Story Maps Terhadap Keterampilan Menulis Cerpen Siswa Kelas IX SMP Yayasan Harapan Ibu†terbukti kebenarannya
