Фосфоліпази А 2 (ФЛА2) є найбільш розповсюдженими компонентами отрути змій. Здатність впливати на клітинні взаємодії, а саме агрегацію тромбоцитів, ріст ракових клітин, процеси ангіогенезу та диференціювання клітин, робить цей фер-мент потенційним терапевтичним і канцеростатичним агентом у боротьбі зі зло якісними пухлинами. Зазначені потенційні лікувальні функції ФЛА2 потребують за-безпечення високоочищеним ферментом.Нами розроблено й апробовано спосіб отримання фосфоліпази А 2 з отрути Gloydius blomhoffii brevicaudus, який включає чотири послідовні стадії хроматогра-фічного фракціонування. Очищена ФЛА2 є кислим білком із молекулярною масою 13762,86 Да та рІ 4,17. Розрахований рН оптимум дії ферменту становить 8,5. ФЛА2 здатна інгібувати АДФ індуковану агрегацію тромбоцитів і виявляє цитоток-сичний ефект. Здатність ФЛА2 індукувати диференціювання клітин лінії РС12, де-кларована деякими авторами, не виявлена.Ключові слова: отрута змій, Gloydius blomhoffii brevicaudus, фосфоліпаза А 2 , рідинна хроматографія. ВСТУПСекреторні фосфоліпази А 2 (ФЛА2), зокрема фосфоліпази А 2 отрути змій, є во до розчинними низькомолекулярними (11-19 кДа) ферментами з ізоелектричною точ-кою від 4,0 до 10,5 та високою молекулярною стабільністю, яка обумовлена вели-кою кількістю дисульфідних зв'язків у їхній структурі. Оптимальна каталітична ак-тивність ферментів спостерігається при рН 7,5-9,0 за наявності обов'язкового ко-фактора Ca 2+ . Фармакологічні й токсичні властивості фосфоліпаз А 2 пов'язані з їх-ньою біохімічною активністю. ФЛА2 гідролізують ефірний зв'язок гліцерофосфолі-підів у положенні sn2 з утворенням лізофосфоліпідів і вільних ненасичених жирних кислот, арахідонової, пантатенової та інших [31].
