AbstractsTwo kinds of human monoclonal antibodies, CLN-IgC and SLN-IgG, were obtained from human x human hybridomas, termed CLNHl 1 and SLNFlO, respectively. These antibodies recognized different molecules which were expressed simultaneously on the cell surface of tumor cells. When both antibodies were added into culture medium in the presence of complement, a remarkable synergistic cytotoxic-effect against glioblastoma cells was observed.
